Gorgeous unit with a few major issues

Our stay was amazing with 2 major snags. We arrived at the property with groceries in hand and let ourselves into the condo with the code provided by the property management. Upon entering the condo I encountered another family inside the unit that had checked in that day also. The management company told us there had been a “glitch” and that they had given the other family our condo number and code to enter by mistake. They put us in another unit for the night but this was a huge inconvenience as we had to move out the next day so they could clean both units and have us switch units. The management team told me they would text us to let us know the unit we rented was ready. We never heard back from them after that. We went to the unit later to find it clean and ready for us. The condo is gorgeous but we also found cockroaches in the toaster and running behind the oven unit on our last day. We let the management team know this also on checkout. The management team never acknowledged the bug issue. The unit we had for the 1st night had multiple roach traps in the kitchen too. I also would have expected them to contact us once we were in our correct unit to make a mends for the huge inconvenience but we heard nothing from them. Very disappointing as it was a major hiccup in our plans. Great unit but he management team could use some work and the unit needs fumigating.

12 nights at KS

Condo was perfect for my wife and myself. Everything you need is basically furnished. Full size fridge, stove/ oven. Plenty of dishes, Tupperware, etc. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and a collapsible wagon. The view was great, (though there is a tall palm tree directly off from the patio but it just adds a bit of ambiance. There is also plenty of beach towels, bath towels as well as an in room washer and dryer, (so dont over pack). Overall, a great stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Kaanapali! The access to both the pool and the beach made it perfect for our family, and having beach essentials like an umbrella, chairs, and a cart was incredibly convenient. One of the highlights was spotting whales from the lanai using the provided binoculars—such a memorable experience! The condo was comfortable and well-equipped, making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again!

Awesome experience

This condo was so clean and the view was amazing. Such a great pool area too. Very walkable with lots of places to eat that are actually good! Clean and easy to access beach. Will definitely come back if we can!

Maui perfection

I can’t say enough how perfect this condo is! Clean, comfy, the owners thought of every detail. The resort and location are also a great experience. You don’t have to leave at all! (We did venture out!). Stice management did a great job with communication. Resort staff was friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to come again. We would stay here in our next trip to Maui.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit comes with everything you need for the perfect vacation! It has been nicely upgraded with new furnishings. It's rare to find a unit this nice with laundry, a fully equipped kitchen, on the beach with great pools AND a restaurant on site. This is a rare find for this price! Friendly staff, food trucks on the lot next door, grocery store across the street, you couldn't ask for more. We have stayed on the property many times and always enjoy our stay! Highly recommend!

Beachy convenient unit on a resort-like property

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful unit with nice view. Digital check-in is convenient. However, you will be a second class citizen on the property since the unit isn't managed by the complex/front desk. For example, you're not allowed to borrow the bellhop cart upon arrival.Read the extensive rental agreement carefully b/c you are officially part of their cleaning crew. As if the over $300 fee for an all tile 900sqft unit doesn't include trash removal. You'll get a lovely check-out text threatening a $25 fee for each trash bag left behind!Our friends booked via Costco and had housekeeping b/c their unit was managed by the complex. I feel Costco is a better value.Beach chairs and umbrella were available and a mostly stocked kitchen. The off-site real estate management co. was responsive at first and then not so much. Totally ignored me when I pointed out that half a cup of sand was under and embedded within the area rug. Bummed at the end when text forced all food to be thrown out. I later learned the Red Cross (stationed in the lobby) would accept all food (even opened packages) to donate to transplanted onsite Lahaina fire victims.

Since we provide such a cart for luggage and beach use that we leave in the condo for all guests, our intention is always to enhance convenience and comfort for our guests. We understand the importance of such conveniences, especially when enjoying a beachside location. We must address the issue you raised about trash removal. Our policy regarding trash disposal is aimed at maintaining cleanliness and minimizing the presence of pests, which can, unfortunately, be a concern in tropical climates. The 20-foot proximity of the trash bins to the condo is meant to facilitate easy disposal during your stay. We apologize if there was any confusion regarding food disposal guidelines. Our request to discard OPENED food items is intended to comply with health and safety standards, and we appreciate your cooperation in this matter. We understand your disappointment upon learning that the Red Cross could NOT accept opened food packages for donation—we confirmed this with the unit downstairs. We certainly wanted to clarify that concerning Lahaina Fire Victims, as we live on the island's fire-affected side. In terms of responsiveness, we are sorry to hear that you felt our communication waned during your stay. We endeavor to be as attentive as possible to our guests' needs, responding to over 12 texts and many calls over an 8-night stay. We will take your feedback into account to improve our service consistency. We aim to provide a unique and personalized experience for our guests, and we appreciate your feedback on how we can improve our service offerings.

Perfect Paradise Stay

This was our first time in Maui. We really enjoyed staying in this. The view of the ocean, pool, and grounds was spectacular. They provide lots amenities to make your stay comfortable. The binoculars were great for whale watching. The kitchen was well stocked, including pots, pans, dishes, coffee makers (kcup and traditional) and a pressure cooker. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the private lanai. There were also beach chairs, towels, and a wagon in the hall closet. The bed was comfy, and the two smart tvs were a nice touch. The grounds were beautifully manicured into a tropical paradise. We enjoyed walking around the gardens and taking picture of the plants and water features. There were two pools to choose from, and an onsite restaurant for convenience…however it was in close proximity to many other upscale shopping and restaurants with beautiful oceanviews. Parking and a gym were available for a fee. The reaort itself is pretty wuiet compared to others. There is a grocery store across the street and nightly food trucks within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise with us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this resort and have been here often. This condo was well appointed and had most of what we needed. It was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The management team was communicative. And we have no complaints there.The view from this condo is not as pictured. The tree is smack dab in the middle, so you can’t really see the ocean. The other thing is that in the evenings and afternoons if there are a lot of children in the pool, you are going to hear them loud and clear. I forgot about that when we rented this unit that it would be right over the pool, the most of the children use. But that was on me not on the management team. I would recommend this condo. It was good for the price it was comfortable. It was clean and we really enjoyed our stay.

The unit was perfect for the young family staying there, complete with pack and play, highchair, and beach toys. As indicated, there were beach chairs and umbrellas and a folding wagon. The unit was modern, nicely decorated and very comfortable with a large couch to curl up on. Great unit!

Comfortable Clean Convenient

Great Stay in Kaanapali

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked 2 separate units for our family trip and had an absolutely wonderful time here!The unit is very well equipped with everything you need and MORE (stocked kitchen, beach chairs, beach wagon, cooler, umbrellas, beach/pool toys, they even provided a pack-and-play and highchair)!The unit is on a beautiful property with two pools- one ocean front 'adult pool' and another kid friendly in the garden area, which we actually preferred. The location is great! Walking distance to a grocery store, farmer's market, ABC and some late night spots. You are right on the beach and it's a quick 3-5 minutes to get to the boardwalk (Duke's is a 10 minute or less walk). You are about a 8 minute drive to Whaler's Village.The room itself was clean upon arrival. Beds were comfortable. The winning aspect of the room was for sure the view it provided! The Team managing the property were very responsive to any inquiry leading up to the trip and during our stay. They also provided us with easy check in and check out instructions which made the stay extra smooth. Quite possibly the friendliest and easiest property management I've encountered. Would highly recommend and hopefully we can visit again!

Were asked to have no sand on floors upon departure. This was and interesting request for a condo at the beach. We did indeed sweep it clean for the owners, though.

Lovely Ka'anapali beachfront rental

Very clean, comfortable and updated rental in a great location on Maui. Beautiful new pool. Walkable and/or quick drive to grocery, restaurants and the Ka'anapali beach walkways. Kitchen well stocked for cooking and meals in, AC worked great, amazing views. We joked that the elevator was the quickest we've experienced anywhere, every time. So don't worry about being on the 7th floor... easy to access and better views!

Wonderful spot for a getaway

We had a wonderful week at this well appointed comfortable 3+ star property. The unit was just as pictured on their site. The property company was great to work with and communicated well whenever we had a question. We really appreciated our starter kit particularly all the coffee pods. It was also wonderful to have our morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the property and ocean.

Great condo

Great location, condo & beautiful sunsets on the beach! Condo had beach towels, chairs, umbrellas & a wagon to cart the items around! A definite place to stay again. Thank you!

Great stay

Enjoyed our stay. Week long stay at this property was perfect. Only drawback was it didn't have an ev charging station but that's more on the rental company giving me an ev. All in all great experience. Would book again

Excellent host and property

All questions were answered immediately by the host team. All help that we asked for was addressed in a timely fashion. The unit is as described in advertisement. All appliances in the kitchen are new. Beds are clean and convenient. Would recommend to anyone. Especially good for families.
