Missing some requirements

Kitchen: No drawers in kitchen, while there are appliances, there were few actual utensils (2 forks, 2 spoons) no dish towel, no pot holder. Bathroom: No safety bar and no hooks for damp towels after showering. One mirror in entire flat.Bedroom: One drawer in night stand. One door on closet, no pole for hanging clothing. 4 short shelves for all clothing was provided. I would not choose this place again. The only advantage was it is pet friendly.

Could be better

Overall we had a positive experience with the staff, specially Sal was wonderful from the property management team. Upon arrival our room was not ready for the 4 pm check in time. Once in the room it was obvious that it had not been cleaned well in some time. The baseboards and walls were filthy. The bathroom had an odor of urine and the shower was slimmy. The bedroom closet contained a small portable vacuum that I used immediately. We brought basic cleaning supplies that I used throughout the entire unit. There was 2+ holes in the walls and the sofa bed was absolutely filthy. I reported these 2 issues and well as the lack of cleanliness to the office manager. After an additional follow up call Sal arrived to our room with a new sofa and patched the large hole. Overall my main dissatisfaction was due to lack of cleanliness. I would not stay at this property again.

Great location

Our family stood at Lazy River Rentals and enjoyed the location the staff was extremely accommodating Andrea was fantastic. Management was great we fully enjoyed our stay. Thank you for making a jersey shore vacation extremely enjoyable.

Had higher expectations

Pictures are cute but the room was dingy. We had to clean it with bleach (the tables were dirty), the AC was horrible very noisy and moldy smelling. We had to burn candles. There were numerous biting flies (mosquitoes), other insects and flies. The toilet was leaking water on the floor. Very thin walls with noisy neighbors next door and upstairs. The locks on the doors were hard to unlock with the key and would get jammed. The fact that they have 2 pools is nice. The fact that they allowed my poodle was nice also. The check-in lady was nice but not realistic about the property. She kept saying it was a nice place as this was our first time staying. The ad says close to the beach and it is not. It is too far. We will not be staying there again.

Not bad

We were a little (a lot) further from the beach than I anticipated. But....I don't mind walking and our street was lined up with the amusement park on the boardwalk, plus the water park was very close as well. It was I'd say about 10-12 min walk...There were SO MANY FLIES in our room. I don't hold that against the place however bc as the hours went by we realized that opening our door even for a min of we left it open I swear 5 would fly in. Bc of the flies however there were dead ones smushed here and there around the rooms from people prior to us killing them I assume and were never cleaned off the walls before we got there. Pools were great. Salt water pools which was our first experience. Used to chlorine but didn't mind the change at all. The employees were all very very nice. And there was plenty of room for four of us in a one bedroom. 2-K 2-A...I wanted a 2 BR initially but they had none left for our dates. I was actually glad it worked out the way it did bc we didn't have to spend as much and had plenty of space being very comfortable... overall a very nice time and place...and even though I don't mind walking at all, I would like to be a little closer to the beach myself...

Known for its eateries & restaurants all along the Boardwalk including some favorites, Kohrs Ice Cream, Midway Steak & Sausage ; Clams on the Half Shell & New York style Pizza. Don’t forget the candy Shops with the Red Candy Apples, Chocolates, Cotton Candy and the famous Salt Water Taffy.

Fun does not stop on the Boardwalk. Seaside heights has nearly 7 ocean beaches to choose from including Island Beach State Park that is home to one of Nation Geographics designated “worlds best Beachs”. At night enjoy Fireworks on the Beach every Summer Wednesday Night, Movies on the beach every Monday Night and great Music Entertainment.
