In campagna a due passi dal centro

Ottimo soggiorno in campagna ma a due passi dal centro, ideale per chi cerca tranquillita ma anche vicinonal centre di Alghero e al porto.

Bene ma poteva andare meglio

La casa in se non è male è spaziosa e resta abbastanza fresca. La veranda bellissima Il Problema è che un po' vecchiotta e viene lasciata così i fornelli funzionano poco il forno per niente La doccia esterna bella ma non ha uno scarico resta tutto nel giardino e questo porta zanzare a non finire ultima cosa "non colpa del proprietario" la strada per arrivarci è dissestata se non stai attento ci lasci motore è quanto c'è Comunque con pochi accorgimenti sarebbe una casa bellissima...sola e tranquilla

Vacanza perfetta.

Dopo un impatto brusco dovuto alle zanzare la prima sera, ci siamo muniti di citronella e raid, e non se ne sono più viste per 2 settimane. Per raggiungere la villetta si percorre un breve tratto di sterrato, ma la posizione è veramente ottima a 2 passi da Alghero e lidl, vacanza perfetta. Casa ottima. Barbecue enorme. Doccia esterna molto comoda. Grazie di tutto. Grazie anche ai proprietari che ai saluti ci hanno offerto dei buonissimi fichi d India! La consiglierò sicuramente.

Simple but fantastic location!

Beautiful comfortable and welcoming home. But the best part is certainly the beautiful, well-kept and green garden. The veranda was the ideal place to have dinner in the evening with all our friends. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this house, simple but with a fantastic location and beautiful garden! We'll be back.

Propriété avec un beau potentiel si aménagement de la maison refait.

Eléments constatés sur place: - absence de wifi - équipements de la cuisine vétuste ( poêles très usagées, assiettes ébréchées, four ne fonctionnant pas, couteaux ancestraux et ne coupant plus , évier branlant, réfrigérateur très vieux( gros problèmes de conservation des denrées alimentaires) - Eaux usées de la machine à laver rejetées dans le seul lavabo de toilette de la salle de bain ( conditions d'hygiène pour les moins douteuses!!!!!!!!!) - absence de moustiquaires aux fenêtres - présence d'une seule salle de bains et non deux comme annoncé. - douche extérieure sans évacuation, les eaux usées vont sur la pelouse attirant par la suite une multitude de moustiques - chaises et tables extérieures en piteux état - une deuxième toilette serait souhaitable Points positifs: jardin et emplacement Par rapport aux prestations annoncées sur la fiche de la propriété, les prestations fournies sont largement inférieures en ce qui concerne l'équipement de la maison ( cf supra). Nous avons eu l'impression que l'équipement de la maison ( de la cuisine à la salle de bain) datait du temps de la personne qui y habitait autrefois. Il faut absolument changer l'équipement de la cuisine et régler le système d'évacuation des eaux usées de la machine à laver et de la douche extérieure. Lorsqu'on loue une telle maison à ce prix, on est en droit d'attendre des prestations correctes quant à l'équipement de la maison, ce qui n'a pas été du tout le cas!!!! Autant la région et l'emplacement sont très biens autant l'équipement de la maison est médiocre voire dangereux ( poêles et sorties des eaux usées notamment) . C'est pourquoi nous ne sommes pas satisfaits de notre séjour dans cette propriété. Avec un minimum d'investissement dans les équipements de la maison, cette demeure pourrait être agréable.

Maison au calme mais équipements à revoir

Notre séjour dans cette maison s'est globalement bien déroulé (très calme, douche à l'extérieur, lits confortables) mais quelques améliorations auraient pu vraiment faire la différence: des ventilateurs dans les chambres car pas de clim, des moustiquaires aux fenêtres, une cuisine mieux équipée avec quelques verres en plus et pourquoi pas un peu d'huile d'olive, de liquide vaisselle, de serviettes en papier....

Bellissimo soggiorno

Siamo stati una decina di giorni nella Villa Angela ad 'Alghero. La casa è molto commoda e abbiamo passato un soggiorno magnifico. L'orto davanti la terrazza è grande e curatto bene (bravo Carlo!). Siamo stati trattati bennissimo da Angela e Carlo. Personne per bene. Encora grazie! Non dimenticherò la ricotta di capra!!!! La casa è situata in un posto vicinissima alla cità e allo stesso tempo sembra di stare in campagna. Notte silenzioze! Da consigliare.

nette, aber etwas angeschrammte und schlecht erhaltene Unterkunft

Das Haus ist groß. Der Garten ist sehr großzügig. Die Umgebung ist meistens ruhig, wenn nicht gerade der Nachbar sein Grundstück mit einer Maschine bearbeitet. (Erdarbeiten) Man kann im Sommer prima auf der Veranda essen oder sich aufhalten. Das Anwesen liegt außerhalb von Alghero! Man kann nicht zu Fuß in die Stadt gehen, braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto zum Einkaufen oder zur Besichtigung der Altstadt. Alle Gegenstände im Haus sind etwas heruntergekommen und nicht gepflegt: das Geschirr, das Besteck, die Töpfe. In den Erhalt des Hauses oder die Verbesserung der Qualität der Einrichtung wird nichts investiert. Die Stühle wackeln, es gibt nur eine benutzbare Gartenliege. Die Plastikbänke sind angebrochen. Die Fenster und Türen klemmen. Vor allem abends gibt es sehr viele Mücken, sowohl in den Schlafzimmern als auch draußen. Wenn man viel unterwegs ist, tagsüber im Garten sitzt, das Haus innen nicht nutzen muss, dann ist es ok. Für das Gebotene ist es aber zu teuer!

Just like on the photos!

My friends and I were looking for a house with a garden not too far from the centre and one which was not in a resort as we wanted a more authentic experience. We booked Villa Angela on the basis of the description and the photos and we were not disappointed. We stayed comfortably the three of us having one bedroom each - the kitchen inside and the wonderful veranda + garden outside providing communal spaces. Angela and Carlo, the lovely landlords, welcome you with plenty of useful information about the area, then give you their contact numbers in case you need them during your stay. But we never had to call them as everything was fine with the house. There are plenty of maps and leaflets in the house too so you won't even need a guidebook. The house itself is tucked away at the bottom of a dirt road off via Vittorio Emanuele giving us the peace we were looking for. This is perhaps also the only drawback as the road is unlit but if you drive as opposed to walk, this is not an issue at all. We really enjoyed our stay and now I miss that hammock so much!
