This is a very new home donut was very clean. There were a few new home maintenance issues but the host was very responsive to communication. We boasted 25 family members for 4th of July weekend and it was a perfect location. The pool is AMAZING! The beach was a fast golf cart ride or walk to the public beach where you could bring your own setup or rent one. We did instacart and made runs to the store. All were convenient!

It was a great stay. Good accomodations and the customer service was easy to access.There were certain things to be improved - the elevator was causing trouble. As it got stuck from opening..causing issues. Could be better.We had some exhause leakage issue. It was looked at but not fixed as they said experts need to come. Over all it was easy to access customer care. Which I did a lot of times.

The house was very clean & Well Furnished. The layout of the house was thought out very well. With 3 Fridges, 2 Stoves and a 22 seat island in the kitchen. Someone came to clean the pool early morning and asked was everything ok with the hot tub. I would definitely rent this property again for a large group. A The only thing the neighbor across the street when we started to arrive Thursday evening screaming for us to cut off our headlights on the cars. I don't know what that was about but we didn't have any issues other than that. LOL
