We were in walking distance to groceries, restaurants, and parks, and within a 10-minute drive of everything we needed. Lots of room for my wife and I and two teenage boys. My wife says it was a "cute" place. Clean, bright and modern. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was very clean and modern and updated. The listing did not mention anything about having tenants below, in fact it said we were renting an entire house. So we were surprised to get there and find out we had the upper level of a house, and tenants were staying in the basement. (Yes they do have a separate entrance). I am sure it would work well for some, but was not ideal for our family situation. Communication was effective and we appreciate that. Would have loved for the living situation to have been better relayed in the listing. If you don’t mind having tenants below, this would be a great place to stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you found the home clean, modern, updated, and appreciated our communication. We do want to clarify that the listing does state that this is the upper level of the home with a separate basement unit, each with its own private entrance and no shared interior spaces. We understand that this type of setup may not be the right fit for everyone, but we do our best to clearly describe it so guests know what to expect before booking. Given your positive comments about the cleanliness, condition of the home, and communication, we were surprised by the 3-star rating, as it doesn't seem to reflect the overall experience you described. We appreciate your feedback and will continue looking for ways to make the listing even clearer for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us, and we wish you the best in your future travels.
