Very well equipped accommodation with large living area, 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms in a quiet residential area. Really nice pool, deep so not suitable for small children, great for us though to swim in. Great location to explore the coast. Walking distance to beautiful beach and a few very nice restaurants & bars.

Loved the clean facilities and the water front view. Pool was clean and inviting. We were able to fish from the dock and even caught a few - we released back! Had an issue with the roller blind and the outdoor patio awning that were not operable, but very minor. Would definiely stay again!

June vacation

Very clean!! Short walk from the beach with pool and a view. Neighbourhood still recovering from hurricanes but the house and local business were in great shape. Kitchen well stocked. Comfortable beds. Only suggestions are to add ventilation fan in bathrooms, and don’t set thermostat to 75 in summer heat. Would totally stay here again!!

Best stay ever

This property was perfect. It was well stocked with everything needed to make us feel at home. Comfortable beds and beautiful area. We highly recommend this place and we will be staying again.

A wonderful family vacation

We loved the house, the pool, and the fishing pier! The house was beautifully maintained and in a great location. And it had everything we needed!

Great view quiet community

Loved everything about this home. Clean had everything we needed and wanted for our quiet family vacation. Short distance to clearwater if you want to do tourist stuff. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful home on the intercoastal

Home was as advertised, clean, well appointed, all the amenities we needed , and a great location. We would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you so much for being great hosts.

Great rental

Beautiful spot on the water. The pool was amazing and we enjoyed cooking out and spending lots of time outside. Would definitely stay again! Very comfortable home.

Family stay

Clean, modern home in excellent location. We walked to the beach, enjoyed the pool and caught fish off the dock everyday. We had to contact the property manager to address the pool temp and door key pad and they were extremely responsive both time. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house/location

This house at Indian Rocks Beach was just as advertised. Very clean. We love the location. We have stayed at two other properties similar to this one. The pool was nice. The view was spectacular on the intercoastal waterway would recommend this property.

Great Vacation

The property was amazing and just like it was described. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and appliances, and not with cheap items you can’t cook with either. The beds were comfy and the rooms had plenty of storage space. The kids loved the pool. We made plenty of memories and would love to stay here again.

Pleasant Oasis

Home is in great shape for its age and is immaculately clean. The pool is amazing and looks very custom. Location is nice, we walked everywhere. An added bonus is the "fish lights" in the water around the dock. We saw all kinds of things swimming around them at night! Great place!

2nd Time Stay

This is our second time staying here and we will probably do a third. Very clean and enjoy the decor. Being on the intercoastal, it's nice to sit out and have coffee in the morning or cocktails at night. Dolphins in the am and fish by the lights off the dock at night. Easy delivery of groceries and take out. We are locals and would recommend.

A must

This one was fantastic ! Not only is it well decorated but it was furnished with loads of items !!! It made cooking at home very easy for my family. The views included beautiful sunsets, double rainbows and good ole Florida sunshine. I would definitely rent this place again !!!

Great vacation

Was supposed to start vacation when storm came through. Owner was nice enough to move back to October for us . Pool water was a little cooler than advertised but didn't bother us. I give the stay 110%!!

Lovely home

A beautiful property with gorgeous views onto the Clearwater Harbor. The living area and bedrooms are very spacious. The house is nicely stocked with necessities. The beach is just a 10 minute walk. One small inconvenience was super slow wifi speed, we couldn't use it at all.

Great place

Very clean. I had a BBQ here for my Husband’s birthday. When we got there the gas tank had run out of gas. We contacted the property manager who sent someone out right away to replace it for us. We were also trying to make the pool and the hot tub warmer. I did attempt to contact them again regarding this, however I did not get any response. Overall it was a clean house and the views from the backyard are really pretty.

Very clean home, not boat friendly

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, with only one exception. We communicated with the property manager that we were bringing our boat & asked questions regarding the dock. Upon arrival we realized that we were not able to use the dock. This meant that we had to take our boat in & out of the water everyday. The driveway was barely big enough for the trailer & the street is quite narrow. It was very disruptive to our plans. If you don't plan to bring a boat, it is a great property.

Nickel and dime to death

This is a property managed by a rental company. Communication is a huge problem. Be it via email, text, phone call. They do not pick up the phone, They do not return text, nor emails. Left three text messages ,an emai, voice mail none got returned. VRBO perpetuates hidden fees and skyrocket charges. They do not promote transparency in the rates. VRBO prevents reviews from posting those ridiculous rates, thus I can't tell you the charge for 2 days of pool heat The house is not worth the premium price. Was not equipped with sponge nor soap in the kitchen. Bathroom windows are shut with no way of opening. Pool heater was not sufficient as the water is still very cold (despite the costly charge), since the sun only hits part of the pool for a few hours. The retractable awning was not working. Views and the open concept are very nice in the home; however it's not worth it.
