Not as described in website

This property is not as close to Gatlinburg center as described (no 2.6 miles but 4 miles), and you have to climb a very windy and narrow road which is extremely dangerous, even more when snowing. Customer service is awful.

Very cute condo, roomy, and great view from the balcony!

My friends and I went for a girls weekend; the neighborhood was very nice. The condo was roomy, checkin was easy! The views were great!

The perfect mountain retreat

My family and I stayed here for our trip to dollywood. I did not expect to get as much as we did for the price. There is coin and arcade games an indoor pool and hot tub as well as one outside. the view of the mountain is impeccable. and oh the family of bears that you would get to see off the balcony is amazing. i saw bears around every time for dinner. they stayed at a distance. awesome to watch. i saw gorgeous sunrises with humming birds. i will be back especially for the bears. i absolutely loved my stay here

Bears, Hummingbirds and Beautiful View

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is need of updating but it’s very clean. We had everything we needed. The air conditioning gets very cold which is wonderful when it’s in the 90’s! Every evening we had bears outside the back patio which was so fun!!! The pools are great. The drive up to the condo is a little intimidating the first time but you get used to it. Great stay!

Bear incounters

Other then the drive up the mountain .everything was great . My husband was sitting in the car and turned around from getting something .and bear was staring him in the face .and another jumped on top of the van .. we saw several bears toke several videos and pictures of them .. this is first time we took our special needs child out in 4 months .. so it was a great trip that we all needed badly .

Good but needs cleaning

This was the second time we used this condo. The first time we were quite impressed. However this time, Right after we booked THE SAME DAY, we decided to stay one more night (this was months in advance) and were charged a higher price for the additional night and charged the same cleaner and owner fees that we had just paid for the same visit. This time, the air conditioner was not functioning so the temperature was uncomfortable at first until my husband fixed the problem himself. There is a huge stain on the floor in the second bedroom, and dirty dishes were the cabinet. The view is spectacular as before. And we hope to stay again if there are corrections and updates made.

Nice getaway

We stayed here for a weekend get away. The drive to the actual place was a bit intimidating with the winding roads if it’s something you aren’t used to. It gets pretty steep and narrow. The views were really nice and everything was clean and cozy. The only thing that was a bit of a nuisance was the sun coming in the master bedroom Window and the mattress isn’t the most comfortable. The views make the place worth the drive and it’s super close to everything around you as long as you don’t mind the drive up and down the mountain.

Beautiful in autumn

Great views

We love these condos because it is the most beautiful view, especially in the fall. The pool is a great bonus. This was our first time renting this unit, and it was clean and comfortable. As others have mentioned, the drive up the mountain can be intimidating, so be sure to get your groceries on the way in. There is a small (pricey) store about a 7 minutes drive away. Also, because the kitchens are small, if you are cooking a lot it might be good to bring bigger bowls or pots and pans. They have basics, but there is only so much storage space. Really was a great place to stay.

Property was well kept and bears ,bears are fun to see. Make sure you get food before you go up the mountain. I would definitely stay here again!

A Few Bumps

When we arrived it was 83 degrees in the unit. We turned the thermostat down to 68. After an hour it was still 83 (even though we had opened all doors & windows). I called the number provided and told them what was going on. The person I spoke with told me to "wait at least 30 minutes" for it to cool down. An hour later I called again. Still no response or call back. I finally took to social media and someone responded. They sent an HVAC person out, which we had to stay there and wait on. They sent another HVAC person out the next morning (for a 2nd opinion). The person I had spoke to the night before called at 3 to tell me the owner would have the air conditioner unit replaced that day. We returned at 6:45 to our door open and the air conditioner in the floor. The owner had not called to schedule the repair until 5 pm. The repairman was a little irritated we were back since the owner had apparently told him he would let us know repairs would be done around 8. We had planned to make something to eat there and spend the evening at the pool. Instead we sat on the balcony while HVAC finished up. They did refund us part of our money for the inconvenience, which was appreciated. Overall the rest of the stay was good. The unit was clean, but dated. The views are amazing, and the sunrise is worth getting up to see. The roads to get there are very narrow and curvy. It made me plan trips in and out much more carefully. I didn't want to be going up and down the mountain multiple times a day for trivial things. Overall it was really quiet and peaceful.

Mother/daughter get away

This property offers spectacular views of the Smokey mountains. It was truly breathtaking! I feel incredibly great full for such an amazing experience. I was thankful for my daughters fearless driving skills! Up up up ya go on curvy narrow roads with sharp turns and amazing views.

Ok place to stay.

Could have been cleaner. Bathrooms VERY small and hard to use. If you have a low clearance car this would not work for you .Very steep,winding,and narrow roads to get there. Very steep dropoffs as well. All in all it worked ok for us. No TV in master. Bring soap. I personally,would not stay there again for the reasons stated. The living room looked like picture but a little more worn.

Nice place, good amenities, great view (if it's not cloudy)

It is a nice condo and was great for our family. My kids enjoyed the pools. Having onsite laundry was great. Getting up to it (the roads) were a little daunting for someone that lives in the flat cornfields of Illinois.

What a wonderful stay

Was a great experience for myself and family. Only thing found was one of the plugs in the master bathroom Did Not work. Also the breeze could stand being cleaned up. Loved the view, just breath taking. Would love to visit again soon!

Very nice affordable lodging. Clean and homey

The condo was nice and clean with a homey feel. There were plenty of linens and the view was spectacular. There are a couple of things that need to fixed. One of the lights over the fireplace is coming out of the ceiling and the sliding glass door does not lock but at that height, I don’t see anyone trying to get in unless they are Spider-Man!
