Welcome to 3 Little Bears condo! This condo is located at some of Gatlinburg's highest elevations (3870 feet). You're minutes away from Ober Gatlinburg! During the winter, you can ski at the slopes then head right back over to the condo! When you step inside you're greeted by a cozy living room, full kitchen, and 2 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin sized beds. The warm fireplace in the living room is wood burning, so bring your own wood to enjoy! The complex has an indoor pool for year round fun, and a seasonal outdoor pool for the summer months. For those who enjoy the thrill of staying at the tops of the mountains, this place is for you!

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and the location was great. The kitchen had lots of tools and there were extra blankets and games as well.

Everything was so clean, the host left enough of the extras that we didn't have to run out and get toilet paper, soap, paper towels etc. We had plenty of towels, even some bathrobes and slippers for the pool! It's an older condo but it's been well taken care of. The roads are back and forth all the rest up the mountain and kinda confusing. This complex is pretty much at the top! Keep that in mind. Luckily our kids don't get carsick! It's 20 min to Gatlinburg, 20 min to Pigeon Forge, 20-30 min from good hikes in Smoky Mountain National Park. Great location!

Pros & cons here. Condo is as beautiful as pictured, was extremely clean & kitchen was fully equipped for any type of meal you'd want to prepare! Appreciated welcoming water & snacks. Really enjoyed bonus of robes and slippers to wear during stay! Be aware you are going to the top of huge mountain. Road is VERY steep & VERY winding & FRIGHTENING to drive up & down!! Most of it is without guardrails and shoulders. After a couple days & finding optional route on Google maps, we kind of got used to it but still suggest always returning before dark. Balcony does not have view of Smokey Mountains. You see woods behind unit. If you walk around the complex you will see other units have gorgeous mountain views. During our 7 day stay construction was happening on nearby buildings. Our view included scaffolding, materials & debris, some blew onto balcony. During the day workers talked, hammered, used power tools, played music, etc. Not peaceful. Luckily just 2 workers, music not blaring & we were out most days. Beginning of stay seemed to be a family with an energetic child above us. Could hear talking, walking & running. Next appeared to be a single individual that moved furniture around & dropped heavy objects overhead at odd hours of night. Had some sleepless nights. Not peaceful. Bring earplugs. Loved Gatlinburg! Great people & activities! Once down mountain, close to everything. Park free at Visitor Center & use free Trolley to get around. If not, you pay for parking Downtown.
