🏖️30-Day Rental Ocean View Kona Home w/ Hot Tub

Aloha Vista – 30-Day Ocean View Retreat in Kailua-Kona

Aloha Vista is a newly built ocean-view home in Kailua-Kona, set at a comfortable elevation with cooling trade winds—ideal for guests looking to truly settle in (30-night minimum). For the best value, consider an extended stay—rates improve with longer bookings. Send an inquiry and we'll check if any additional discounts apply for your dates. Ocean views greet you the moment you step inside, and the indoor-outdoor layout makes it easy to relax into island living. Enjoy sunset dinners on the wide covered lanai, soak in the 6-person ocean-view hot tub, fire up the BBQ grill, and gather around the fire pit under the stars. With 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms (sleeps up to 10), high-speed Wi-Fi for remote work and streaming, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a private yard, Aloha Vista is an ideal extended-stay home base—just minutes from downtown Kailua-Kona and snorkeling at Kahaluʻu Beach Park.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary suite—King, streaming TV, ensuite bath with walk-in shower, plus direct access to the outdoor shower; Suite 2—King with ensuite bath and walk-in shower; Bedroom 3—Queen + Twin with access to a shared full bath (tub/shower combo); Bedroom 4—Queen + Twin with access to a shared full bath (tub/shower combo). Outdoor living includes lanai dining and lounge seating, the hot tub with sweeping ocean and sunset views, the fire pit, and seasonal fruit trees (lilikoi, papaya, lychee, mango, guava—based on season/availability). Concierge service is included to help plan activities, dining, and island excursions.

Minutes away from Kona coffee farms, vanillary and salt farm. High elevation for year round milder temperatures and cool breezes

Parking: 1-car garage available for guest use (owner stores a vehicle in the other half) plus driveway parking for 2 additional vehicles. House rules/notes: 30-night minimum, no pets, non-smoking. A noise-aware decibel monitoring device is installed (sound-level monitoring only—no audio recording). An exterior security camera monitors the driveway. Tax ID: TA-071-929-1904-01.
