This is an upper-level space of a single-family home. The lower level may be rented to different group guests.

NOTE: There is no aircon in the house. It is common for houses in San Francisco to not install aircon since it only tends to go around 65F to 75F (18C to 24C) even in Summer.

The house is a remodeled luxury 3-level home. Two bedrooms with 2 bathrooms on the upper floor will be rented out to short-term renters. This will be an ideal place to stay for a small group of FAMILIES or PROFESSIONALS who want to explore Northern California on their terms and at their own pace and relax at a luxurious Airbnb after the day. Our home has 2 fully furnished bedrooms and 2 baths stocked with essentials (towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc). It has a cozy living room with a large, comfortable sofa where a family or group of friends can watch Netflix, their favorite TV show, or a movie from. You can also use the indoor fireplace to feel warm.
There’s also a full kitchen with a coffee maker, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a filtered water dispenser. Enjoy a glass of wine or 2 while chit-chatting with your friends or family members at our bar counter. Just bring your bag!
You can have your weekday relaxing moment after a long day of work or a weekend getaway to the beach as our home is just a 6-7 minutes drive to Ocean Beach and Funston Beach.
Conveniently located, our home is minutes away from high rating restaurants, such as Villa D'Este, Silk Road, Marugame Udon, Sushi Suki, Riverside Seafood Restaurant, and other shops that you'll need! Move theater, Regal UA Stonestown Twin is just a 10-minute walk so you may want to stop by and enjoy a good movie with your friends and family.
