Wake up to panoramic ocean views at Casa Azul, a two-story beachfront condo perched above Mission Beach. Enjoy direct sand access, balconies overlooking the waves, and bright coastal interiors designed for relaxation. With Balboa Park, Little Italy, and the Gaslamp District just 15 minutes away, it’s the perfect blend of beach escape and city convenience.

Casa Azul is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo that spans three stories and sits right on the boulevard, giving you front-row access to both the beach and the harbor. Whether you’re sipping morning coffee while watching the waves roll in or unwinding after a day in the sun, this home offers the ideal blend of relaxation and convenience.
On the second floor, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The primary suite opens onto a private balcony overlooking the sand—perfect for sunrise views, ocean breezes, or a peaceful moment to yourself. Across the hall, the bunk room features its own exterior entrance to the back staircase, offering extra privacy and flexibility for families or groups.
Head up to the top floor and step into the heart of the home. This level features the third queen bedroom, an additional full bathroom, a dedicated laundry room, and a bright open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space. Accordion glass doors open the entire room onto a spacious balcony deck, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living. The deck is outfitted with a comfortable conversation seating area, a natural gas BBQ grill, and a sun lounger—your private spot for grilling, lounging, and taking in those iconic Mission Beach sunsets.
***IMPORTANT NOTE***
-We strictly enforce the City of San Diego`s Short-Term Rental Ordinance. Parties and/or noise disturbances will result in a minimum $1000 fine and eviction with no refunds.
- Quiet Hours is between 10pm-7am during which outside music or noise amplification is prohibited, even if coming from inside the home. Any other outside noise during Quiet Hours must be kept to a reasonable level and not heard past the property line.
- This home has a Tier 2 rental license which allows up to 90 days of whole home STR usage per calendar year. Any other rentals past the 90 days require the Host on site.
-Casa Azul is part of a two-unit condo building. Our listing is Unit B, located above and behind Unit A. The walkway leading from our front entrance to the beach boulevard passes by Unit A’s outdoor patio area. Their outdoor amenities are not part of our rental and are not for guest use. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful when passing through this shared pathway and to keep noise to a minimum out of respect for the neighboring unit. This helps us maintain a peaceful environment and a positive relationship with our neighbors.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Any refunds issued as a result of a guest cancellation will exclude the payment processing fee, unless the California Cancellation Policy is applicable.

--- HOUSE RULES/ POLICIES ---
1. As per the City of San Diego Policy for Vacation Rentals, outdoor Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. During Quiet Hours amplifying devices or music is prohibited outdoors. Outside of Quiet Hours, music or other outdoor noise is acceptable as long as it is not heard past the property line. All units are equipped with Minut volume tracking devices which will alert our team if outside noise becomes unreasonable.
2. Early check in at 1PM ($150) and late check out at 2PM ($150) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.
3. Minimum 25 years of age to book.
4. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises.
5. No more than 3 vehicles allowed.
6. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $750.
7. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be charged via your booking platform.
8. An additional cleaning fee of $150 applies to stays of 28 nights or longer. This fee is payable promptly following booking confirmation.
