The Space:

Check yourself in and make yourself at home within this bright, first floor unit that features an inviting open plan design surrounded by lush gardens and floor to ceiling windows giving you a relaxing space to unwind and soak up the Californian sun. The living area is filled with a large sofa that sits opposite the wall mounted Smart TV that has access to streaming apps to keep everyone entertained. The sofa can also be converted into a comfortable sofa bed giving you a second sleeping space for an additional two guests. Cook up all your favorites in the modern kitchen that comes fully equipped with all the cookware, dinnerware and utensils you could need. Stock up on the essentials at the local farmers market held each Wednesday with a large French door fridge/freezer to keep everything fresh, then make use of the stainless steel appliances to whip up dinner for the group.



Eat together at the cafe style dining space with built in corner seating or up at the sleek bar counter where you can enjoy the cool ocean breeze coming in from the double sliding doors off the patio.

You’ll rest easy in the spacious master bedroom with a large queen bed topped in quality linen and bedding along with plenty of space to unpack and a fan overhead to keep you comfortable. Wash up in the sparkling bathroom with an oversize walk in shower and a stone top vanity that comes stocked with all the essentials and plenty of soft, fluffy towels. Guests also have access to the laundry nook with a washing machine and dryer along with complimentary detergent.



Step out onto the private decked patio through the double glass doors and fire up the BBQ for lunch where you can sit out under the dappled shade and eat alfresco style with an outdoor table set for four then relax on the two inviting lounge chairs for you to kick back after a day spent exploring the city.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home and private decked patio as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee and access to streaming apps on the Smart TV. Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like with the use of a lockbox.



The Neighborhood:

Located right in the heart of this gorgeous beach neighborhood, spend your days surfing, sunbathing around the pier, see locals hanging out in their vintage VW vans, and stroll through the many surf shops, taco stands and unique local boutiques. Ocean Beach has a throw-back groovy vibe of vintage SoCal, coupled with friendly locals, great dining and micro brews, and a vibrant nightlife scene, you’ll feel right at home with everything you need all close by.



You’ll be a 10 minute walk from trendy shops, breweries, restaurants and bars along the bustling Newport Avenue and only a short 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk to the beach and the beautiful pier so you can experience everything Ocean Beach has to offer all just minutes away. Stock up on fresh produce at the Farmers market held every Wednesday or try to catch your own lunch with free fishing right off the pier.



Whether you’re spending your days relaxing on the beach, visiting the aquatic attractions like SeaWorld San Diego and Mission Bay Aquatic Park, or exploring the inland offerings of the city, this top central location will not disappoint. Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by car with free parking for 1 car included with your stay.



Guests can also use a taxi service or a ride share company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.



When you visit San Diego, you can’t miss the bright-red trolleys transporting people all over the city. This iconic is a great way to see the city with 3 different lines (blue, green, and orange) that cover approximately 50+ miles.



Or if you want to see the city at your own pace, look out for the on-demand electric scooters and bikes that are just an app away and located all around the area.
