Olim Oasis — an easy coastal escape for the whole crew (kids and dogs included).

A short walk and down the stairs and you're on the sand at Olivia Beach. Back at the house: a private hot tub with LED lights and a waterfall, a fire pit on the deck, a pool table, and three smart TVs. Four bedrooms and 2.5 baths sleep 10, so everyone's comfortable.

WHERE EVERYONE SLEEPS
• Primary (main floor): king bed, en-suite bath with a large soaking tub
• Bedroom 2 (upstairs): queen bed + queen sofa sleeper
• Bedroom 3 (upstairs): queen bed + two twins
• Pool room: full-size futon
• Also on hand: fold-out floor mattress, Pack-n-Play, high chair, safety gates

GATHER & PLAY
• Theater-style seating around the gas fireplace and smart TV
• Fully equipped kitchen with stocked pantry basics and seating for the whole group

We loved staying here! The house is clean and very family friendly. The location is great and its quick walk to the beach. The hosts have been very thoughtful about their guests and making sure that you can enjoy your time in Lincoln City.

The owner was very transparent and ensured our stay was great. The house is beautiful and extremely clean with all the amenities. We appreciated all the board games and utilized the pack n play. Would definitely rent it again.

I have to say that we have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals over the years, and I can confidently say this was one of our favorites. We had a surprise family member come into visit, and decided to head to the beach for a weekend, even on short notice, Chris was so incredibly fantastic to work with. He was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and very responsive. The house itself is absolutely adorable and incredibly well-equipped. So often, the houseware items like towels or cookware are fairly cheap or not well taken care of, and this was the exact opposite. The kitchen was incredibly well set up and even had some helpful standard spices that you sometimes need when making something simple. The bedding and towels were great, the hot tub was a fantastic added bonus, and even the TV's with the ability to sign into your streaming apps and then have them signout automatically at the end of your stay was genius. Honestly, this house had everything. Even our pup had everything she needed and more! We had a great time and would love to go back soon! Thanks Chris!!!

Hosting feels like extending hospitality to family, and nothing makes us happier than hearing guests had the trip of a lifetime.

Olim Oasis sits in a quiet residential neighborhood that feels a world away from the bustle, yet puts you right in the heart of Lincoln City. Two beaches are within walking distance, and a nearby park with walking trails makes morning strolls a daily pleasure. We love that guests can start the day with breakfast at the Nelscott Breakfast House or a coffee from Left Coast Coffee — both just an 8-minute walk — then spend the afternoon on the sand and end the evening at Pelican Brewing on Siletz Bay watching the sun dip over the water. The central location means the best of Lincoln City is always close, but the neighborhood itself stays peaceful and unhurried — exactly the kind of place where you can exhale and remember what vacation is supposed to feel like.
