The Space:

This dog-friendly two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom Lincoln City vacation rental offers a gas fireplace, an outdoor fire pit, and enough space for up to four people (and two dogs!).



With a quarter-mile walk to Olivia Beach, this home’s great coastal location is sure to induce maritime bliss! It’s also a short drive to the heart of Lincoln City, where great dining, shopping, and entertainment await. You’ll feel invigorated by the cool ocean breeze and myriad outdoor activities - from clamming to crabbing to hiking in the coast range - that are available here!



Guests can lounge on comfy sectional couches in the living room where a flatscreen cable television and small library of books await a day when nasty weather makes it best to stay indoors. The kitchen sits next to the living room and, with its modern appliances like a microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, oven, and dishwasher, cooking and cleanup will be a breeze!



With two queen-size beds in two bedrooms, up to four people can sleep comfortably here. Two well-mannered dogs may also join, though there is a small nightly fee. There are two parking spots in the driveway.



Both rooms also include their own flatscreen cable televisions for days spent indoors during a downpour.



If you need to access the Internet while you’re here don’t worry because WiFi is included. Also included is a washer/dryer. So make yourself at home!



The home has a nice private fenced-in backyard with a firepit that will keep you warm on cool coastal nights.



Things to know:

The community pool and rec center are only available Memorial Day - Labor Day and closes at 5pm.



The home’s location is also near Agnes Creek Open Space, a popular area for great hikes and wildlife viewing in the lush Oregon coast range. Lincoln City’s many attractions also lay a short drive from this home. The fishing towns of Depoe Bay and Newport are also easy day trips down 101. And don’t forget about the best part of this location: breathtaking views of Oregon’s stunning coastline!

Second time to this house with our fur babies. Great location and comfy, well-decorated home. Lots of great amenities. We did have an issue with keypad and were locked out. The "local" resource did not pick up the phone, DM'ng didn't get an answer and fortunately Casago 800 support was able to help. It was a sunny day, so being stuck outside wasn't an issue fortunately.

The property and location were absolutely great. The only drawback was the number of things that were broken when we arrived, the washing machine, main floor smoke detector, and upstairs bathroom faucet in the master were all either broken, partially finctioning, or in the case of the smoke alarm, missing completely. Casago was great about responding and said they would be fixed, but certainly not in the itme frame of our short visit. We'd go back for sure, but we'd assk if averything is working before we arrive.

Great house for a weekend get away with dogs. The most dog friendly house we’ve stayed at..dog bowls, leashes and a fenced in backyard. The fence needs some repairs done as there are a couple of holes for the four paws to escape through. The house is comfortable and easy to relax in and play games. House isn’t as close to beach as expected - not easy for someone with difficultly walking. House is fresh and bright just needs some touching up.

The house was nice with everything we needed in the kitchen and a good location close to the beach. It was great to have a backyard for the dogs. Our check in process was stressful though, since the code we received for the front door did not work. We called the local contact and actually never heard back from them. Luckily we were able to contact VRBO 24hr care and they helped us open a lock box that had a key to the backdoor. So we used the back door to leave and enter for our entire stay. Not ideal but it worked out. There were a couple things that needed repair like the cold water wouldn’t work in the bathroom sink of the front bedroom, the back gate lock would catch and needs attention, also one toilet paper holder just fell to the ground and wasn’t attached correctly and another one wasn’t attached correct either because the toilet paper kept falling off. The bed in front bedroom was very uncomfortable and squeaked a lot just from normal movements. So overall, a nice place that needs some TLC and better communication from the local host.

The house we rented in Olivia Beach was incredibly accommodating, even for our pets. The home was clean and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that made our stay truly a pleasure. Different couch, current couch uncomfortable. Driveway could be a problem with low car, I had a SUV but still scraped had to take at an angle in and out of driveway. Nice neighborhood. Bedrooms had bathrooms which was nice. If staying for a couple of days great.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation rental in Lincoln City, OR! The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and super cozy, with all the comforts of home.We especially loved relaxing on back patio around the fire pit. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals, and the beds were incredibly comfortable after long days of exploring the coast.

Great beach break

Lovely house for a family of 4. Close walk to the beach and a short drive to Siletz Bay for a beach fire. Lovely bedrooms, comfortable beds, and well decked out kitchen for family meals. Would recommend.

Comfortable home on great location with beach access

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nauti and Salty. The house is in a cute neighborhood with easy access to the beach. We especially enjoyed visiting nearby tide pools at low tide, just beyond the stars down to the beach. The place was clean, beds were comfortable, and it was stocked with everything we needed. It was the perfect size for our family of three and the multiple bathrooms were appreciated.

Coast getaway

Beautiful property, well maintained and decorated. Easy, quick walk to the coast. Enjoyed our brief stay. We came on heals of unexpected heat wave, so note no air conditioner but opening the windows made it comfortable to sleep.

Good weekend getaway

Overall had a good stay here. Close to my work location and close to the beach. Not quite enough counter space or storage space for a longer stay (mine was 2 weeks). Also beds were not the most comfortable that I slept on, but manageable for 2 weeks. Neighborhood is very quiet and family-friendly.
