This property was so clean. It was close to everything we needed access to, to use our City Pass. It had plenty of towels, comfortable beds and couch, and enough parking for our 2 vehicles. But the cleanliness….highly recommend just based on that alone. Five stars!!

Hi Shawn, thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize that the primary bedroom felt too warm upon arrival and for the issue you encountered. We take cleanliness and guest comfort very seriously, and had we been notified during your stay, we would have addressed both concerns immediately. We’re glad to hear you otherwise enjoyed your stay, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can continue improving for future guests.

There was plenty of room for everyone. The patio was nice. This was a convenient location to many areas around Tampa. The pots and pans could be updated and the key pad to enter the house makes we wonder if the code has been changed since the buttons for the code are worn off.Aldo was very responsive whenever I texted. Overall a good stay.

Overall, it was a pretty decent property. I would suggest having the host change the door lock code, as it was pretty clear it hadn’t been changed in quite some time based on the wear pattern of the digits on the keypad.

Quiet area but very close to neighbors, limited parking. Imagined lake house would have been spacious. Besides that we enjoyed the property for the two day rental. House was clean, nice pergola area and view of the lake. Beds were ok, two of the rooms were to low to the floor and sofa very and uncomfortable. Suggest coasters, more household supplies and a dock to sit during the evening sunset minus the gators. Recommend for a quick, spur of the moment get away.

Thank you for your feedback, Deborah. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the cleanliness of the home, the pergola area, and the lake views. We do want to clarify that the listing accurately reflects the layout, proximity to neighbors, and available parking, so guests know exactly what to expect before booking. That said, we always appreciate suggestions and will take your comments about additional household items into consideration. Regarding the lake, we do note that this is a natural Florida environment, and wildlife can occasionally be present. We’re happy you still had an enjoyable stay overall and appreciate your recommendation. We’d love to host you again in the future.

The house was wonderful. Had a small issue with getting hot water in the shower but pretty sure it was user error. LolWould recommend definitely and plan to rent again in the future. :)
