Casa Poniente is a three bedroom chalet with a private pool, situated in a gated community with little traffic in Los Caños de Meca, near the Trafalgar lighthouse. The house stands out for its attractive modern architecture and interior decoration. The living room is equipped with satellite TV (English news channels), internet access (WIFI) and a beautiful open fireplace which makes this a suitable home for winter holidays, especially in combination with the hot & cold air conditioning. The stylish kitchen is very well equipped and has an oven and a dishwasher. The master bedroom has a double bed, a small walk-in closet and a very modern ensuite shower room. The two twin bedrooms share a family bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Behind the house there is a covered terrace which looks onto the 8 x 4 m pool and the BBQ. Stairs that lead to the roo terrace were just finished, so you can enjoy the wonderful view to the coast of Trafalgar. Two cars can be parked in the front yard.

discount (electricity up to 100€ included) Casa Poniente is located in a cul-de-sac in the tranquil residential area of Caños de Meca, just past the turn to the famous Cape Trafalgar lighthouse. One of the local beaches is particularly popular with kite surfers. Caños de Meca is very laid-back in low season, however, you will find a few open shops and restaurants. During the summer months it becomes a busy place, and you may be able to spot a few Spanish celebrities on the beach. Nature lovers will enjoy the proximity of the La Breña Natural Park, an extensive pine forest with a unique indigenous fauna and flora, and a hiking track along the imposing cliffs between Caños de Meca and Barbate. Enjoy a picnic on the way, and take in the knockout views over the coastline and across the ocean to the shores of Northern Morocco. The fishing town of Barbate is a 10-minute drive, Conil and Vejer are 15 minutes.

The property is amazing with everything you need for a fantastic chilled out holiday. It is in a fantastic location on a quiet urbanization close to the beach, bars and restaurants. The owner and Casa de la Luz were on hand if required. Overall we loved our holiday, so much we have booked again next year.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit allem was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht!Das Haus und der Garten mit dem schönen Pool ist sehr gepflegt und man fühlt sich sofort wohl.Keinerlei Beanstandungen - ohne Einschränkungen weiter zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles, durchdachtes und qualitiv hochwertiges Haus mit schönem Garten, herrlicher Pool und vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Man ist zügig am Strand und hat so die "Qual der Wahl": Strand oder Pool :-) Alles tiptop, 10/10 ohne wenn und aber.

Einfach super. In allen Belangen.

Etwas Anderes als 5 Sterne ist hier eigentlich nicht erlaubt. Wir haben uns pudelwohl in unserem Ferienhaus gefühlt, wo spür- und sichtbar Wert auf Qualität gelegt wurde und wird.Die Lage ist sensationell, die herrlichen Strände mit einem Spaziergang zügig zu erreichen.Für eine Familie hervorragend, da mehr als genügend Plätz, um sich auch mal aus dem Weg zu gehen. Wer Teenager zuhause hat, weiß, was gemeint ist ;-)Die Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthalts war einfach so, wie man es sich wünscht. Schön, dass es das noch gibt.Auch, wenn wir keine "Reisewiederholer" sind, ist diese Bleibe definitiv eine, die wir wieder buchen würden. Ganz herzliche Grüße an alle Beteiligten und natürlich auch an den Eigentümer.

Wunderschönes Haus in schöner Lage

Wir kommen seit neun Jahren im Herbst nach Los Canos de Meca und waren jetzt das vierte Mal in der Casa Poniente. Uns gefällt es immer wieder gut. Das Viertel ist sehr sicher, der Weg zum Strand nur 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß und in El Palmar kann man super Surfen. In Zahora (5 Minuten mit dem Auto) gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und in Conil große. Die Casa Poniente hat drei klimatisierte Schlafzimmer und den Garten mit Pool genießen wir sehr. Wir können sowohl das Haus wie auch Casa de la Luz sehr empfehlen.

Great Villa

We stayed at casa Poniente for a week at the end of August. The house has everything you need, and is very spacious and comfortable, the aircon in the bedrooms is a welcome relief from the heat. The pool is a great size, and was enjoyed by all the family. The location is perfect too, close enough to walk to the beach and also out for dinner in the evening and to the little supermarket. One place to eat that we really liked was Levante, amazing food, and friendly staff. Los Canos De Meca is a super relaxed village, with some great beaches! I would highly recommend a visit to Casa Poniente.

Experiencia inolvidable. Maravillosa casa situada en urbanización cerrada muy tranquila pero cerca de la playa y restaurantes. Lo tiene todo para solo preocuparte por disfrutar. Fabuloso jardín con piscina. Propietarios atentos en todo momento, muchas gracias Gary. Ójala podamos volver de nuevo;)

Estancia estupenda
