Family-friendly villa with beautiful garden near the beach Villa Alicia is located just a two minute walk away from the wonderful sandy beach of Roche. It has 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. The spacious living room with open fire place has access to a generous conservatory which serves as a second living room all year round. Internet is available for free (WIFI). It is equipped with a dining table and has plenty of sunlight thanks to the large windows. The kitchen is fully equipped (dish washer) and has a utility room with a second refrigerator and washing mashine. The master bedroom and the second bedroom each have two single beds and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a double bed, and the fourth is a twin which is decorated for children. These two bedrooms share a family bathroom. The fourth bathroom is a modern shower room accessed from the garden. This lush tropical garden features a fenced pool which has the shape of a small lagoon. To the side of the house is a covered terrace with a barbecue, a large teak table and wooden chairs. Villa Alicia is the ideal home for two families travelling together or for a single family who wants to bring the grandparents.

Roche is maybe the most elegant development in the whole area with high-class villas and impressive landscaped gardens. Surrounded by pine forests, it is ideally located between a succession of secluded coves towards the lighthouse of Conil, and the endless soft beaches of La Barrosa towards Chiclana.Roche is a very tranquil most of the time, but becomes very lively in high season since most of the properties are holiday rentals. In the large communal area there is a small but well stocked supermarket, pharmacy, playground and pizzeria. There is also a public fitness park, free basketball courts and football fields, as well as tennis and paddle tennis courts which can be rented for a reasonable fee. The excellent restaurant El Timón with direct access to the beach is situated on the cliffs of Roche.The nearest banks and larger supermarkets are in El Colorado (6 km). Conil is approximately 8 km away 10-15minutes by car.
