Secure check-in starts at 3 PM, with convenient parking for one vehicle.



To ensure a seamless and quick arrival, we offer virtual check-in. Per the City of Palm Springs ordinance, we are required to conduct a face-to-face check-in within 24 hours of your arrival, which will be completed virtually with a member of our team. Our team will reach out to you to schedule this meeting, which will be conducted via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.



This bungalow unit is located in Phase 2 of Palm Springs' popular Mesquite Country Club, but guests will appreciate access to the fun amenities in all 5 phases that surround the newly formed Prescott Preserve, including 16 community pools and spas, as well as 8 tennis and pickleball courts.

No music or sound from sound-producing devices (TV's, Cell Phones, Radios, etc.) are permitted outside the home per local ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 10am.



Per the City of Palm Springs, all adult guests (18 years and older) are required to read and provide written acknowledgment the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure prior to gaining access to the rental property. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. The primary guest is also required to provide details for all vehicles of guests staying at the property.



Please note that the person paying for the reservation needs to be the one checking in and the same person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
