We’re sorry to hear the carpet did not feel or smell as clean as it should have. Cleanliness is very important to us, and we will have our team review the carpet so it can be properly addressed. We also understand how frustrating and difficult it must have been to have the elevator out of service for three days, especially with a medical hip issue.
