No parties or large gatherings: $500 fee; violations may result in cancellation with no refund.

The home was extremely nice. Everything looked brand new. 4 big bedrooms and 4 very nice bathrooms. It was much nicer than we expected. It is also right in the middle of town and you can get to everything with just a short drive. I would definitely recommend the house as wonderful place to stay.

Carpets need to be cleaned back patio area needs brush cleaned up and more presentable need new non stick skillets as could not make scrambled eggs in either pan without really sticking need to have more towels and wash cloths in each bathroom

We will have our team review the carpets and back patio to ensure they are properly cleaned and maintained to a higher standard of presentation. We also appreciate your note regarding the cookware, our team will replace and upgrade the non-stick skillets to improve the cooking experience for future guests. In addition, we take note of your comment about towels and washcloths. We will review our bathroom supply setup to ensure each guest has sufficient linens provided. This property was spacious and we had a pleasant stay. The kitchen/main area could benefit from additional seating for the number of guests the house accommodates. There is plenty of seating at the bar and table but not suitable for relaxing in the space. The only negative for us was that receiving check in information was a bit stressful as we were traveling from across the country and despite repeated requests we could not obtain information regarding when we could expect information for check in procedures.
