This location is central to everything you need in a nice quiet neighborhood. I was in CA to visit children and grandchildren and it was the perfect gathering space for us to be together. The home is spacious and well appointed. Svetlana was a very responsive host and very helpful.

This was a wonderful property. The back patio and pool and hot tub area were wonderful beds were comfortable. The house was clean and tidy and nice. The host was very communicative. I highly recommend it.

The host was great and very responsive. The home was nice it was a good landing spot for us while visiting magic mt. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the home overall was a modern comfortable home to stay in.

We are very happy with our stay. The house was amazing. Perfect for a big family. Everything was clean. Even the neighbor was super cool. We definitely would recommend this place 100%. And we were close to a lot of store like Costco, target and walgreens.

The house was amazing! Was perfect for our two families with plenty of room. The house was fully stocked with everything you would need. We enjoyed both the pool and hot tub. We would definitely rent this property again and highly recommend it!

We were impressed by how clean the house was and very thing worked well. Our only disappointment was the pool wasn’t heated but it was very beautiful and the hot tub was awesome. The neighbor hood was quiet and just about every store was within 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend it the whole family loved it.

An excellent stay for our family of 6 (4 adults, a toddler, an an infant). The price was very reasonable, and was a blessing to find when another VRBO host had to cancel our reservation due to roof damage. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, with people walking their dogs and neighbors chatting with one another. The home is near a grocery store, drug stores, eateries, and a gas station, and there was street parking if more than two cars in the driveway. The host, Svetlana, was very prompt and courteous, and the check-in/out process was very simple. The home was very clean and looked recently renovated, with fresh paint and newer fixtures and appliances, and fast WiFi. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is a perfect rental for people traveling with pets in Santa Clarita. My wife and I visited in early Feb 2026 along with our two tuxedo cats. The property was easy to access with a keycode lock and Svetlana was excellent with the communication in case we needed anything. There are three bedrooms upstairs along with another with a trundle bed on the main floor - plenty of places for our kitties to explore. Also, the hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Overall, this an ideal rental for a family who wants to bring along their furry friends. Finally, a shout-out to Svetlana, who promptly replied to any questions and concerns, and resolved any issues quickly. A terrific host for a terrific rental!

We stayed here to visit Magic Mountain. The property was as described. We loved the pool and hot tub! Lots of restaurants and a Walmart within a short drive.
