Old Northside historic beauty- 4-bedrooms, 2.5 baths with foosball and games!

Located on the Old Northside of Indy, you will love being in walking distance of the Bottleworks District, Monon Trail, Mass Ave & downtown Indianapolis. Enjoy the historic vibe here and 4 HUGE bedrooms (sleeps 7), 2.5 bathrooms, and a 3rd story w/ a dedicated office room and a gym. There is so much space to spread out and to engage over foosball, game night, TV, coffee, cooking, and more. This is like a home away from home- the perfect spot to relax in between experiencing downtown Indy!

The space
This sprawling, historic 3 story home with original woodwork and details is like going back in time to a more elegant and relaxed era. The first story has three large areas- enjoy TV as a group on the oversized sectionals in the family room, play foosball or enjoy more intimate conversations over coffee in front of the bay window, and host a competitive game night or large dinner at the large dining room table! Even though you probably won't cook much with all the amazing restaurants nearby, the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, spices, wine glasses and bar seating for extra visiting.

The second story has a large bathroom with full bathtub/shower combo and a double vanity shared by all three large bedrooms on that floor. Each bedroom has plenty of dresser and closet space and lots of quality pillows and soft comforters on either a queen or a full bed.

The third story is a quiet retreat- the fourth bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together for a queen size if desired and the fifth bedroom has been converted to an office/gym with a connected full bathroom.

Guest access
Access is from the off-street parking in the gravel driveway behind the home, and there is plenty of street parking as well on the extra wide streets. Each guest receives a custom access code on the electronic lockbox.

Other things to note
There is a very strict policy of no parties, no smoking and no pets. No outside guests are allowed onsite except those noted on your reservation.
