We regret the property did not meet your expectations, and would like to emphasise that we try to make the layout of properties and amenities as clear as possible when we create our listings, with professional photos taken without using wide-angled lenses, and uploaded without any retouching or filters, so that they are as close to reality as possible. This way, guests can have a clear understanding of what to expect at the property prior to booking. Furthermore, it is important to mention that we have not received any previous complaints in this regard. The host is always available and committed to making their guests' stay most comfortable.
