The 1000sq.ft. space features a Master Bedroom with a King bed and a second bedroom with a queen bed, perfect for a small group or family. Two bathrooms; one offers both a shower and a bathtub, the other with a shower making it easy to refresh after a long day of exploring. Guests enjoy a cool, comfortable environment with air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter months. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee with a Keurig coffee maker, fully stocked with coffee, creamers & sugars. Take a dip in the heated pool and hot tub that is heated year-round, right outside your condo building. You will be looking out over the beautiful Lake Las Vegas from every condo window. Roomy 2 bedroom condo with beautiful view of lake and Lake Las Vegas village. Great hot tub and heated pool. Kids loved it. Convenient to Strip and airport. Great golf courses. Excellent and very responsive hostess Kimberly. Couldn’t have wanted anything better! Rated Excellent!

Great property, great owner. I have stayed at this complex nearly a dozen times, renting different units based on availability. If this one wasn't the best, I am not sure which one was better. The pool is great and the view cannot be beat. The hot tub doesn't always work, but that is not a reflection of the unit owner. I still keep coming back as it feels like home away from home.

A friend and I came to Vegas for a few days to visit friends in Henderson. This beautiful spacious condo was priced the same as a regular hotel room in Henderson for 2, and was was absolutely wonderful! The 2 bedrooms and baths were separated by the main living area. The view was beautiful! There is access to a lovely balcony from both the living room and master, but at temps surpassing 110 we declined. We had leftover from a wonderful dinner at Nora's that we heated up nicely in the nicely stocked kitchen. One thing I would note is the bed in the master is quite high. It will be a struggle for anyone short or with mobility issues.I would recommend this unit for a nice relaxing getaway, but still close enough to enjoy the excitement of Vegas.

Currently writing my review while sitting on the balcony, overlooking the pool and lake. Today is our last full day as we fly home tomorrow. Our stay was wonderful. The owner was extremely gracious and from the second we arrived, and we were welcomed with a gift bag full of goodies. She knew we were getting in after midnight, so the snacks were much appreciated!! Unit was extremely clean and cozy and I’m definitely going to miss waking up to the view every morning. Communication was fantastic - owner was very responsive to any questions I had during the stay. My kids loved the pool, which was relatively quiet most days. The shops and restaurants across the lake were a bonus and just a short walk. We didn’t get to try them all, but we will absolutely be coming back! Thank you for sharing your small piece of Heaven with us!! Already planning our return trip!!
