Overlooking the Balearic Sea, the holiday home "S Estanyol" in Urbanización S'Estanyol impresses guests with its fantastic views. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

This vacation rental offers a private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace where you will enjoy relaxing sea views, a covered terrace, and a barbecue.

Free parking is available on the street.

Relaxing week in Mallorca

The house was a wonderful place from which to experience Mallorca. It is located in a serene peaceful hamlet that is quiet. Beach is extremely close. Colonia San Pere is walking distance and the local restaurants were wonderful. Other attractions were easily reached by car.

A week in the north of Majorca

This is a magnificient house located in a beautiful neighborhood (S’Estanyol) close to a pintoresque small town (Colonia Sant Pere). It is a big, spacious house with plenty of terraces where to spend the evenings or share breakfast. All three bedrooms are for two people each. There is a splendid small rocky beach only three minute walk and the sandy beach is just five minutes away. We planned beatiful visits from there: Alcudia, Arta, Capdepera, Cala Ratjada, Can Picafort… and also gorgeous beaches: Cala Gat, Cala Gulla, Cala Mesquida, etc. Valldemosa, Soller or Pollensa are not so close but still reachable in one hour drive or so. All in all, a fully recommended property that has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Last but not least, a neighbour has a beatiful cat, “Chipi”, that spent most of his time with us. She’s so cute and lovely that we still miss her some days after we left.

Vacaciones relajantes en una completa casa a escasos metros del mar.

Pros: La casa está ubicada en una urbanización muy tranquila, y a escasos minutos del mar. El pueblo está a unos 15 minutos de paseo (3 mis en coche). Tiene absolutamente de todo (incluso sombrillas y sillas de playa), y es amplia y confortable. Maria, la propietaria, es muy profesional y amable, y en todo momento nos ayudó con explicaciones sobre la zona. La comunicación con ella fue muy fluida y resolutiva siempre ¡Gracias María! PS: también conocimos a la gatita Chipi, que nos visitaba desde alguna casa vecina, y enseguida se convirtió en la mejor amiga de los niños.
