Villa Granada in Cala D'or

Prime location: Seafront villa with spectacular sea views. Villa Granada is a holiday home with a private pool and direct sea access and just 160 m from the Cala Esmeralda beach.

Villa Granada is located on the seafront just off Cala Esmeralda of Cala d'Or on a headland and is ideal for guests who do not necessarily want to be dependent on a car. The beach, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance (around 5 to 10 minutes on foot). A funicular railway connects the different parts of Cala D'Or. Cala D'Or is a family-friendly holiday resort with 7 beaches and a wide range of leisure activities. The Vall D'Or golf course, the tranquil village of Portocolom, with its enchanting natural harbour, and the natural beach of Cala Mondragó are just a few minutes away by car.

The distances within Cala d'Or are on foot. Due to the one-way street regulations within the village, the distances by car may vary accordingly.

Villa Granada is a two-storey holiday home with plenty of space for 10 people and a fantastic outdoor area.

On the ground floor is the living room with brick benches, wonderful sea views, dining area and access to the terrace. Right next to it is the fully equipped, modern kitchen. The living room leads to a bedroom with a double bed and adjoining bathroom. The bedroom has access to the terrace. An Ibizan-style staircase leads from the living area to the first floor, where there is another double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The house has an inner courtyard from which three further bedrooms lead off: A children's bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed and a small en suite bathroom. Another bedroom with a double bed and adjoining bathroom. The last bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom.

Villa Granada has air conditioning in all bedrooms which runs on a timer and has set operating times.

What counts with this house is its unique location and size! The interior is kept rather simple and won't live up to sophisticated expectations.

Villa Granada has a wonderful outdoor area with fantastic sea views and various areas for relaxing and sunbathing. There is a large terrace with dining table and outdoor kitchen with BBQ, work surface and sink as well as a pool with sun terrace. A small path leads over the rocks to the sea and a swimming ladder.

Children are welcome. A baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge. Second cot/highchair on request.
Towel change once a week and final cleaning are included in the price.
1 change of bed linen and a light intermediate cleaning is included for stays of 2 weeks.
