Finca Can Sina is a splendid country house with large pool close to the historically interesting village of Petra. This comfortably furnished finca offers 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, air-condition in all rooms and a lovely dining terrace overlooking the pool. The finca has beautiful views of the Bonany monastery and the lush surrounding countryside. Some of the most beautiful beaches are in 15 minutes reach.

Finca Can Sina has a slightly elevated position with beautiful views of the countryside and the Bonany monatery. The picturesque village of Petra is only 2 kilometers away and offers a good selection of restaurants, bars, cafés, shopping facilities and a bodega. Sineu, which is famous for its Wednesday market is only 6 kilometers away. The beautiful beaches of Son Serra de Marina and Playa de Muro are at 15 minutes travelling distance by car.

Finca Can Sina is comfortably furnished and offers modern facilities such as air-condition, satellite TV, DVD, stereo, washing machine, dishwasher as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The house has 6 large bedrooms, one of which en-suite. Two ample living rooms offer enough space for a group of 12.
Distribution: 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on the first floor. Living/dining area, kitchen, guest toilet and 2 more bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor.

The large pool of finca Can Sina is part of a landscaped, terraced garden with views of the valley and the monastery. Modern loungers and shaded spots to sit and relax provide the environment for laid-back holidays.
The dining terrace is next to the barbecue area and has direct access to the kitchen.

Children are welcome, one cot and a highchair are available for free on request.
2nd set cot/highchair 7 € per day, please advise before arrival.
The owner will only accept families.

A desposit of 300,00 € is requested in cash on arrival and is returned on departure.
