Finca Portell in Porto Petro

Splendid country house with private pool in Porto Petro. The superbly furnished finca Portell is in walking distance to the three beaches of the picturesque little harbour Porto Petro. The recently built finca offers 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have en-suite bathrooms.

The finca Portell is set in a quiet location, yet in walking distance to the beaches, restaurants and cafés of the small village of Porto Petro. The closest beaches are in 300 to 500 meters walking distance and the popular beach and nature reserve of Cala Mondragó is only 1 kilometer away. Porto Petro is a good starting point for excursions and to discover the beauties of the island: the market town Santanyi, the monastery of San Salvador with spectacular views, the beautiful South-east coast with its hidden coves or the charming countryside off the coast.

The finca Portell is furnished in a modern country house style and offers plenty of space for a party of 10. There are an ample living and dining area on the ground floor and a separate kitchen, both with access to the large, covered terrace. Next to the kitchen is the summer kitchen which is furnished in a more rustic style and where you will find a BBQ, second fridge, stove and sink as well as a large dining table. French doors give access to the porch. The first bedroom with kingsize bed and shower en-suite is also on the ground floor as is the guest toilet and the laundry.

The main sleeping area is on the first floor with 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private study with television and a bathroom en-suite. next to it are two twin bedrooms sharing one bathroom with shower. The fourth bedroom has a lounge area with television and a bathroom with shower en-suite.

A spiral staircase leads up the roof terrace, which offers spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and the sea.


Finca Portell offers a large pool and a nice porch, which is completely furnished with dining table and lounge. The small house next to the pool offers a fifth bathroom with shower and toilet. The summer kitchen is fully equipped, including built-in BBQ and has access to the terrace. A second BBQ has been built outside, next to the porch. Sunloungers and parasols are provided.

Children are welcome, one cot and a highchair are available free on request
Pets are allowed on request.
Towels for the pool area are available.

Minimum stay is one week, from May to October bookings are only accepted from Saturday to Saturday
Weekly cleaning and linen change are included.
