Traditional finca with quality fittings and furnishings and privat pool. Finca Marcelo is located at only 1,5 kilometres distance to Pollensa on a beautiful plot of land with views of the countryside.

Finca Marcelo is located in about 1,5 kilometres distance to the beautiful old town of Pollensa in an area with mostly holiday homes and the famous Can Vidalet vineyards nearby. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Finca Marcelo has been built in a traditional country house style and has been fitted and furnished to very high standards. The house offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, on of which en-suite. It has a large and sunny living/dining room and a separate, fully equipped kitchen with access to the porch. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms running on a timer.

Finca Marcelo is located on a flat piece of land and offers very nice views of the countryside. The porche is covered and cosy overlooking the pool area and the garden.

Children are welcome, a cot and a highchair are available free on request.
Any extra high chair will be charged with 25 € per week, an extra cot with 45 € per week. Both need to be booked at least 2 weeks before arrival.
