Villa Andreu (formerly known as Villa Vidrier) provides the ideal setting for a relaxing villa holiday. This charming 3 bedroom house has a sunny south-facing pool terrace and garden with a great alfresco dining area, as well as a fresh and airy interior. It's countryside location also affords scenic views over the Spanish hillside. Plus, it's in a great location, with the historic old town of Pollensa and the contemporary beachfront resort of Puerto Pollensa being only 10 minutes' drive in either direction. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi are included.

Villa Andreu is in a great location, equidistant between Pollensa Old Town and the seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa. The villa has excellent links to both areas, located just off the Cami de Can Seguinot - the road linking the 2 resorts. A choice of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and beaches are all within a short drive. Plus, you'll also be able to find water sports, a water park, golf courses and several tourist attractions nearby!

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
