The home features two inviting bedrooms — a king in the primary suite and a queen plus twin in the second — along with a pull-out sofa in the living room, comfortably sleeping up to six guests. With 1.5 bathrooms, central heating and air, and a full laundry room, everything you need for a seamless stay is right at your fingertips.

Unwind in the bright, open living space with a 65” Smart TV, and a curated collection of board games, arts & crafts, and a portable Bluetooth speaker for easy entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee bar with both Keurig and drip coffee makers, plus a rice cooker, blender, toaster, and all the essentials to cook and dine at home.

Step outside to enjoy your private, fully fenced backyard — complete with seating, a propane grill, outdoor shower, and beach accessories for your days in the sand. Two dedicated parking spaces are located right in front of the home for added convenience.

Great location, beautiful, clean and quiet beach, less than a minute walk. The space was decorated with a designers eye -- very nice. Great value for the money. The guest contact was prompt and very helpful. Highly recommend.

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of peaceful coastal living and easy access to everything Panama City Beach has to offer. Laguna Beach has a relaxed, local feel — quieter, less crowded, and more family-friendly than the main tourist strip, yet just minutes from great restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions.

What we love most is how close everything is. You’re just a short walk to the beach (about 500 feet), for easy access, and a quick drive to local favorites like Carousel Supermarket, Thomas Donuts, and Pier Park. It’s the kind of area where you can park the car, slow down, and truly enjoy the beach lifestyle.
