Best location in Milwaukee! Lower Duplex Unit

LOWER DUPLEX — MORE ROOM, SAME GREAT LOCATION

Make this private lower apartment your Milwaukee home base. With room for up to six, a full kitchen and a comfortable living room, it is an easy fit for friends, family visits or a longer stay just off Brady Street.

AT A GLANCE

• Up to 6 guests

• 2 private bedrooms; 3 queen beds and 1 sofa bed in total

• 1 bathroom

• Private kitchen and living room with sectional seating

• Wi-Fi, Roku TV and air conditioning

• Shared laundry in the basement

KNOW YOUR SPACE

You have the entire lower level of a historic Milwaukee duplex. The two bedrooms have queen beds; another queen bed is in a common space, and a sofa bed provides an additional sleeping option. The maximum occupancy remains six guests. Consider that open sleeping area when planning privacy for your group. This older home offers neighborhood character rather than a modern new-build layout.

EXPLORE MILWAUKEE

Walk to Brady Street restaurants, cafés, shops and nightlife, then come home to cook, relax and catch up. Plan a lakefront outing, a museum visit or a trip Downtown using the Explore Milwaukee page. Longer stays are welcome.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Check-in: 4:00 PM. Checkout: 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome with the optional $30 pet fee per stay; select the pet add-on when booking. Taxes and cleaning charges are shown in your quote. Review the displayed payment and cancellation terms before confirming.

There is no on-site parking. Street parking is subject to posted restrictions and Milwaukee’s current overnight-parking rules. Your unit-specific guest guide, sent before arrival, includes parking instructions. Contact your host about the apartment, sleeping arrangements or local ideas before and during your stay.

Had a great stay at this location. Property manager was very communicative, property was as advertised. Rooms and beds were a good size and comfortable. We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, stove, etc. Located close to the local night life, easily within walking distance. Would happily recommend this property to anyone.

Decent spot convenient to fiserv

I stayed fir northwestern mutual annual meeting. Was close to fiserv and right iff brady street. Convient, clean, and easy. Parking is the only tricky park, but that was not unique to the property.

Pleasing Stay!

This spot is a compact first floor duplex that gave us what we needed for an out of town wedding. Communications with the owner were answered almost immediately and we were able to arrange last minute addition of pets, as it is a pet friendly accommodation. The only drawback is it has street parking only, which was very full due to being near Brady Street. Overall, I would book here again.

Clean comfortable home!!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and how comfortable this home was. It was also a great location, so much to do within walking distance! Street parking was a little confusing only because my check in was on Saturday, which don’t have to register for, and the system to register your parking isn’t available. Sunday I was able to register and it was free. The space was great and the beds were very comfortable. The host was super helpful and friendly as well. Thank you very much!

Don't stay

We arrived quite late and didnt really notice too much initial. It didnt look very clean but decided tonstay. We realized the ac units were all in the closets and it was clise to 90 degrees. Screeens also in the closet so we opened windows to cool off the house. There was 1 fan but that did nothing. Woke up in the middle of the night because of heat and walked down the hall, killed a cockroach. Then started noticing the cobwebs in every corber. The walls damaged and dirty. The spiders. We left. I was not staying another night. Not to mention the exterior state of overgrown weeds.

This stay did not leave early and they didn’t complain about anything until weeks after the stay when they tried to get a full refund without ever contacting us about any issues. We take care of our property and make sure it is clean and welcoming and are willing to work through any issues during a stay.

Great location

The flat was in a wonderful Milwaukee neighborhood! Quiet yet within walking distance with so many sites in Milwaukee . The place itself was nice. Very old. The kitchen had very little for cooking if you plan to do any in-house meals. The tv situation was great. They shared many streaming channels. 3 separate beds which was great for our group. Each had their own area to regroup.

Convenient location

This was a great property. Comfy beds, kitchen has what is needed to be functional (just don’t plan a four course meal) 😉 Keurig was a lovely surprise! ☕️ We were minutes from so much of what Milwaukee has to offer! Brewery (has food) two blocks away. I would absolutely stay here again!

A family weekend getaway to take our 15 month old grandson to the Zoo.

Property was in close proximity to zoo and downtown, a park , grocery store and restaurants with in walking distance if you have a stroller. Host very helpful, unit itself doesn’t have parking but parking on street worked out just fine. Older houses can be noisy and the renters upstairs were very heavy footed so was load at times. The outside of house could use some work and the weeds have over taken the yard. All and all it was just okay.

Great value and location

Overall, our stay was great. The beds and space were solid, and we had no major issues over our 3+ day stay. My only complaints would be that the window air units hadn't been hooked up yet (it got a bit hot while we were there) and the kitchen was a bit more bare than I was expecting. To be fair, the weather forecast had the week being much cooler than it actually was, so I can understand why they weren't hooked up yet. All that said, the value we got was hard to beat. The space was comfortable, the host was very responsive and communicative, the advice for what to do was spot on, the entertainment options for the TV were great, and the location was absolutely phenomenal. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Milwaukee area.

Scoping out the neighborhood

I didn’t know anything about MKE so planned this trip to learn more. Planted ourselves just off of Brady Street which I learned is one of the desirable places to be in MKE. Our host had left tourist books/magazines about the area for is to look through- very helpful. Checking in was a breeze- thankfully- because we didn’t get into town until quite late. I would stay again.
