Please read entire listing. Consider this charming house your home away from home while you visit Peoria. With four comfortable bedrooms, including two king beds, a queen bed, and a fun bunk bed, guests have plenty of space to relax. Three bathrooms make getting ready easy for everyone. The house stays cozy with heating and cool with air conditioning, ensuring a terrific stay no matter the season. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or planning your next adventure, this serene retreat offers a perfect balance of comfort and convenience. Experience what Peoria has to offer with a stay at our house. We also have the option to heat the pool. Pool is is dependent on the weather and we offer free pool heat for Jan-Feb. Pool will be between 75-80 degrees during coldest months. Outside of Jan-Feb it’s $40/night to heat and must heat your whole stay. Pool must stay covered at night.
