Welcome to this charming house in a quiet Port Charlotte neighborhood.The property is located in the center of Port Charlotte putting it close to everything . This lovely home features three comfortable bedrooms, including one king bed and two queen beds, Perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Guests enjoy a nice, cozy bathroom and a well-regulated indoor climate with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, This beautiful house offers a welcoming space to unwind.includes a game room with over 1600 classic video games.dart board and soccer table. Books,Board games and puzzles along with an extensive dvd collection. Relax in the hot tub while enjoying the peaceful canal veiw as the boats pass by. We have amazing butterfly gardens in the front and rear of the property.Cast out a fishing line and view the dolphins and manatee sightings. Toss out the crab traps for a blue crab dinner. Kayaks and canoes on sight if you like to explore the waterways. Tiki hut located on the far right backside of the property is the only common shared space with the separate private guest house. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.

Kayacks are to be launched from property only and used in immediate area waterways only. No transporting them by vehicle to other areas for use.
This is a quite peaceful neighborhood so if staying outside all hours of the night howling at the moon is your thing then please find another rental.

We had a very disappointing experience with this stay. The biggest issue was a complete lack of transparency from the host. After we had already checked in, we were informed that the host was staying in a guest house next door. This was never disclosed beforehand and raised serious concerns about privacy.Cleanliness was also below expectations, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.Due to these issues, we made the decision to leave after our first day. During that process, the host stated—while on a call with a VRBO agent—that we would be receiving a refund. Despite that assurance, we have still not received our refund.Between the lack of communication, unexpected presence of the host, and unresolved refund, this experience was extremely frustrating. This host did not meet basic expectations for transparency or hospitality, and based on our experience, should not be allowed to continue listing without better accountability.

This was the refrigerator had bugs in it. He stats “they have a professional cleaning service.”
The sink was filthy.

Sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay with us. I don’t stay in the amazing guest house but it is also available to rent on here. Not sure why you needed so much privacy as there are neighbors all around this vacation rental unless you had an event planned. As far as cleanings go the place gets inspected by me before and after every single booking and must pass a 10 point inspection which I pride myself on! Glad you chose to give it a 1 star and not a fair rating. You also decided not to cancel your booking and I couldn’t free up the calendar for other potential guest. I messaged you multiple times about this so you wouldn’t get charged but it wasn’t important till the vacation was over.
