Welcome to Rincón Surf Villa, a bright, modern 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in the heart of Puntas. Relax on the rooftop deck with ocean views, enjoy meals outdoors, and experience one of Rincón's most desirable neighborhoods. Conveniently located on the border of Puntas and Ensenada, you're only one minute from Pools Beach and Sandy Beach in Puntas, as well as Domes Beach, Maria's Beach, and Steps Beach in Ensenada. These are some of the best surfing beaches in town.
You'll also be minutes from excellent restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores. Thoughtfully furnished for families and friends, the home includes high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, a backup generator, and a water cistern for added peace of mind throughout your stay.

THE SPACE:
Designed for comfort and easy island living, the rooftop deck is the highlight of the home, featuring ocean views, a BBQ grill, dining for six, comfortable lounge seating, and a shade sail for relaxing day or night. To help preserve the quiet residential atmosphere, rooftop access closes at 11:00 PM.

The primary suite features a queen bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes a bunk bed with a full-size mattress on the bottom and a twin on top, making it ideal for children or additional guests. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom. Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers, and every bedroom includes air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The living room offers a 50-inch Smart TV with cable, comfortable seating, and high-speed internet. The home is equipped with new appliances, air conditioning throughout, a backup generator, and parking for two medium-sized vehicles. Maximum occupancy is six guests. The generator kicks on automatically in the event of a power outage, and the water cistern provides 500 gallons of backup water in the event of a service interruption.

For your beach adventures, we also provide beach chairs and a sun umbrella so you can relax comfortably on Rincón's beautiful beaches.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have private access to the entire home. Self check-in is available using the lockbox located beside the front door. Parking is provided for two vehicles, with one space under the carport and one directly in front of the house. The golf cart parked in the carport behind the gate is not for renters.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Rincón Surf Villa is ideally located between the Puntas and Ensenada neighborhoods, placing you close to some of the island's best beaches, surf breaks, restaurants, and sunsets. The neighborhood is a safe and peaceful residential area with a friendly mix of locals and visitors. Downtown Rincón is just five minutes away, along with Econo, FamCoop, and Edwards Health Food Store.

GETTING AROUND:
A rental car is highly recommended to make the most of your stay. While taxi service is available, reservations should be made in advance.

Because of the steep hills, warm climate, and limited sidewalks, walking can be difficult in some areas. Major rental agencies, including Hertz, Avis, Budget, Enterprise, and Charlie Car Rental, all serve the area.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The golf cart stored in the garage is the owner's personal property and is not included with the rental.

For added comfort and reliability, the home features solar hot water, a backup water cistern, and a generator to help ensure uninterrupted service during occasional utility outages.

The home is conveniently located approximately 30 minutes from Aguadilla (BQN) and Mayagüez (MAZ) airports, about 1½ hours from Ponce (PSE), and roughly 2½ hours from San Juan International Airport (SJU).

If you'd rather avoid the drive from San Juan, Cape Air offers several daily 45-minute flights between San Juan and Mayagüez aboard an eight-seat aircraft.
