THE SPACE
IMPORTANT: AS 239+241 is a package of TWO SEPARATE, INDEPENDENT condos — AS 239 and AS 241 — that are next door to each other. There is NO interior connecting door between them. Each condo has its own front door, entrance, and private space. You will book both together for your group's exclusive use.
Two fully self-contained, side-by-side 1-bedroom condos — ideal for two families traveling together, extended family gatherings, or any group that wants both shared space and private retreat. Each unit has its own king bedroom, living room, dining area, full kitchen, and full bathroom, plus a private balcony overlooking the Allegheny Springs heated pool. Together they sleep up to 9 guests with exceptional privacy and flexibility.
This is not a standard 2-bedroom condo. It's two complete homes, side by side.

⚠️ IMPORTANT — SEPARATE UNITS: AS 239 and AS 241 are two completely independent condos with their own front doors. There is NO interior connecting door between them. Allegheny Springs is Snowshoe Mountain's flagship building, located directly in Village Central at the base of the Ballhooter Lift. All building amenities listed below are shared facilities managed and operated by Snowshoe Mountain Resort.
