Built in 2025, this brand-new home sits on a quiet corner lot in Copano Cove, offering peaceful surroundings, beautiful water views, and access to Copano Bay.

One of the home’s standout features is its private boat ramp and bulkhead, allowing guests to fish right outside the door or launch a boat, kayak, or jet ski with ease. Morning coffee pairs perfectly with coastal bird songs, and lucky guests may even spot dolphins gliding through the water. Whether you’re an avid angler or simply love being near the water, this setting delivers an authentic coastal lifestyle.
