Welcome to Loggerhead Lair, a peaceful hideaway in Southern Shores where friends reconnect and families slow down.

Morning bike rides to the beach. Afternoons by the private fenced pool. Evenings in the hot tub under the trees. With beach gear, parking passes, and baby essentials ready to go, hosting is effortless. And yes — your pup is part of the vacation, too.

Designed for easy beach days and relaxed nights:
• Screened porch entry into bright, open living space. No stairs to access the home!
• Fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space + air fryer
• Dining and living areas designed for gathering
• 3 bedrooms, including private primary suite with en suite bathroom
• Laundry + “Beach Locker” stocked with boogie boards, bikes, scooters and beach gear!
• Driveway fits 3 vehicles

1/4 mile walk from the neighborhood playground and basketball court. Beach parking passes are included! Beach access is just 0.6 miles away-walk, bike or drive!

Over the years, we’ve watched the area evolve into a destination known for large gatherings and mega homes. When the opportunity arose to own a cozy bungalow—one where small families and close friends could come together and create meaningful memories—we knew we had to be part of it.

At its heart, Southern Shores is a small beachside town where time slows to a crawl, sunsets paint the sky, and meteor showers can be seen throughout the year. Days here are meant for long bike rides, ice cream cones, afternoon naps on the porch, and building sandcastles by the shore.
