Beautiful property with stunning views of the sea and a refreshing swimming pool. Plan to spending plenty of time relaxing there. Be sure to bring supplies before you arrive as there was no dishwasher soap, sponge, paper towels, and just a few rolls of toilet paper. The property is near beautiful beaches, and good restaurants. The host provides a comprehensive list of everything in the area, making it easy to find your way around. The hot water heater and gas stove stopped working our first morning there while making breakfast. It was an easy repair as only a gas canister needed to be changed out by maintenance but it was a hassle nonetheless. This was one of the most beautiful properties we’ve stayed at and I highly recommend booking it

Thank you for sharing your experience! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the property, the stunning sea views, the pool, and the assistance from our local guide. It’s great to know that the location near the beaches and restaurants made your stay enjoyable and convenient. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences you faced with the supplies and the morning interruption during breakfast. We understand how that can be frustrating, especially when the rest of your stay was so memorable. Your feedback is valuable, and we will certainly take it into account. We appreciate your recommendation and would love to welcome you back again soon! Best regards, Your Holidu Team.

Great property - shame we could not get out of the pool!

We stayed here for 5 nights - and loved the house. It’s well stocked and spacious with quality fixtures & fittings. The outside space is compact but comfortably room for 6 loungers and a lovely dining area with views to the sea beyond. It also has a gas BBQ. Location is perfect for exploring the many lovely beaches & towns north of Olbia. There’s a great Pizza place at the bottom of the road joining the Pittulongu main road - take away or eat-in upstairs!Theres a small, but well stocked, supermarket just along the road. (If you are barbecuing- try the sliced chicken, from which they remove fat etc before weighing & thinly slicing it!)The immediate issue we had on arrival was the pool which is small & quite deep. I’m sure it’s lovely - but it was impossible for the older generation to get out of it. The “ladder” doubled up as pool filter unit with very narrow foot holds and an high starting point. Our daughter & partner were ok with sone effort, but the oldies never entered the pool on the basis we’d never be able to get back out unaided if we did!It should be made clear in the villa description that the pool may be unsuitable for older clients or those with mobility issues. Use of the pool is an essential part of the holiday for us and we would not have booked this property had we known. Hopefully this description will be rectified in future. That said when we raised the matter with the local agents they found another pool we could use on our last 2 days!
Really tricky to climb out of the pool with this ladder. All reviews were in German (?) and only on our return did I translate one which made the same point in 2021!
Bedroom window view!
Patio view.

Immer wieder gerne in diesem Haus👍
