Located in the renowned resort of Baja Sardinia in northern Sardinia, Villetta Capo Schiera is part of the Le Mimose residence and sits close to a beautiful sandy beach. The complex is in a very quiet area, within a gated residence accessible only to residents, ensuring a high level of privacy. The cottage features a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Amenities include fans and a TV. Outside, you’ll find a garden with a covered terrace—perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing evenings with views of the sparkling sea.
A supermarket is 1.4 km away (about a 15-minute walk), while several restaurants and the long sandy beach are just 11 minutes away on foot (750 m). A golf course is 20 km from the property. Enjoy a relaxing holiday on warm white sand and soak up the Italian sun.
Parking is available on the street. Pets are allowed on request. Bed linen and towels are provided for the first week. For stays longer than one week, you can book linen for the following week for an extra fee.
