Respect for Neighbors
The home is in a relatively peaceful and respectable neighborhood. Please be mindful
of noise levels.
Noise & Parties
No loud noise or music past 9:00 PM. A neighbor complaint may result in cancellation
without a refund.
No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette stays. Violation may lead to
immediate cancellation without refund and a minimum fine of $3000.00 will be
imposed if evidence is detected.
Minut Home Sensor
To maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors, the property is equipped with a Minut Home Sensor. This device monitors noise levels and sends notifications if they become excessive. Minut sensors do not record sound or visuals, ensuring guest privacy is fully
respected.
Noise Awareness
The centralized AC/heater uses an exterior exhaust that may cause a gentle vibration or humming noise. Thanks for understanding!
Safety & Energy Conservation
- Ensure all appliances (hair curlers, laptop chargers, etc.) are unplugged before
leaving.
- Avoid using high-wattage appliances in the same outlet to prevent overloading the
circuit.
- Turn off the stove, oven, and AC when not in use.
- Do not set the heater below 67°F. This may damage the unit.
General House Rules
- No shoes inside the property.
- No drugs, No weed & No smoking of any kind inside & outside of our property. A
$3,000 fee applies if evidence is found.
- No mail/packages delivered to the property. Use a nearby pickup service.
- Do not unplug electronics (TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.).
- No moving or rearranging furniture.
- Please do not loiter outside the building to respect our quiet and peaceful
neighborhood.
Any locked closet doors are locked for privacy purposes. Forcing the door open will
result in a loss of your security deposit.
Post-Clean Photo Check
- Our cleaners photograph every room after the turnover. If anything looks less than
hotel-fresh on arrival, message us anytime.
Parking
- Free 24/7 parking for 1 car only (no oversized vehicles). Please note: Free Parking is
provided as a courtesy, and we are not liable for any damage, loss, or issues related to
the vehicle during valet handling or while parked.
- Guests are responsible for any parking tickets or legal violations.
Guests, Visitors & Pets
- No extra/overnight guests beyond the stated reservation. Violations may result in
cancellation. Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property at any time, including daytime visitors, short-term visitors, and non-overnight guests.
Unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized person on the property will result in a fee of $250 per person, per day, and may also result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
- No pets allowed.
- Noise Awareness
Our unit is part of a duplex, and while we do our best to ensure a peaceful stay, you may occasionally hear sounds from the neighboring unit. This is a normal aspect of duplex living, and we kindly ask for your understanding.
We recommend using the white noise machine provided if you're sensitive to sound. Thank you for your consideration and for helping us maintain a respectful environment for everyone.

- Children must be supervised at all times. Ensure safety while on the property.

By confirming this reservation, guests accept full responsibility for their own safety
and agree to assume any risks associated with their stay, including the actions of
individuals they invite onto the property.
House Rules Agreement
Booking confirms your acceptance of the House Rules & Agreements. Guests who do
not comply may be charged for any damages, costs, or related expenses, and their stay may be terminated.

For your safety and security, the property has actively recording cameras in the following exterior locations (all on the 2nd floor and Lobby):

All devices are outdoors and do not record inside the home. Cameras operate 24/7.
There are no indoor cameras. Any attempt to disable, block, or tamper with these devices will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
