The modern villa Botana 12 is located in the pretty seaside town of Cala Sant Vicente, in the north of Mallorca and great for relaxing holidays close to the sea. The child-friendly villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (with single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. An additional bed (180 x 80 cm) is available and can be added upon request. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a television, a baby cot and a highchair. The private covered terrace invites you to enjoy delicious meals from the barbecue and to unwind in the deck chairs, while the garden area with a pool, which is shared with other apartments, is ideal for basking in the sun and taking a swim. There is one big pool divided in 2 by a metal barrier. One side is for adults and the other one is for children.

The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk (400 m) away and restaurants, bars and cafés are only a one-minute walk (120 m) from the holiday home, while the beach, Cala Molins, can be reached after a mere 3-minute walk (270 m). Mallorca’s capital Palma and the airport are 67 km (50-minute drive) away, on the opposite side of the island.

Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed.
