A lovely house with an authentic Mallorcan feel. We were on a girls trip. We loved the roof terranxe for the evenings and found the house to be a pleasant distance from town and we also walked to /from Fornalutx for the evening .Kitchen and house were well equipt and was comfortable. Supermarket 0.5 mile away.We hiked, ran, shopped and swam. Fabulous location.

A gem of a traditional house in a loverly location.

Pros: Just a short stroll in Sóller this was a perfect location for a family holiday. The house has a wonderful terrace that was perfect for sunbathing in the day and star gazing at night. Cons: Leaving

Our experience at this property was very disappointing.Upon checking in, we were notified that two of the bedrooms had AC units that were not working properly.A technician was arranged to come to the property, but the timing was extremely inconvenient and required us to wake our sick child. I asked if the technician could come even one hour later, but my request was ignored. Bilal made it clear that access had to be provided at that specific time. We accommodated the visit, yet the AC issue was never resolved for the remainder of our stay. The house stayed at 29C. Very uncomfortable. What was most disappointing was not simply that something was broken, but how the situation was handled. Bilal was extremely rude and aggressive toward both my wife and me when we asked for a new time. The level of shouting and overall hostility from him was unbelievable. We also experienced a major ant infestation in the kitchen. We left a package of cookies on the counter, and the following morning there were a large number of ants inside the package. We had to throw the cookies away. When we raised the issue, we were told that ants were not uncommon and that ant spray was provided in the kitchen. If this is a known issue, it should be disclosed in the listing.Overall, we paid full price expecting the property and advertised amenities to be delivered. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. The property manager’s handling of the issues made an already disappointing stay worse.
