We had such a great stay! I came with my sisters and nephews, and the house was perfect for a family getaway. The kids absolutely loved the pool and probably would have stayed in it the entire trip if we let them. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and had plenty of space for everyone to relax and spend time together. Everything was clean and well kept, and we really enjoyed our time here. We’d definitely stay again!

The property was beautiful and very well appointed. It had a beautifully maintained pool and hot tub and a very nice deck overlooking a serene lagoon.The owner was extremely kind and very responsive to messages.We also liked the fact that we were very close to the beach and 6 beach badges were available for our use. There were also many stores, restaurants, and parks in the area.This was an excellent place to stay!

The house was so beautiful and so amazing! It was very clean and put together. The pool was so amazing and so fun. The host was absolutely amazing she answered right away with any questions we had! This house is worth it!

We had an amazing family vacation here and couldn't have been happier with our stay. The house was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool and outdoor space (kayaking and paddle boarding), which quickly became everyone's favorite spot.It was the perfect home base for exploring Long Beach Island while still enjoying the peace and quiet of Manahawkin. The host was easy to work with and very responsive.

The property in Beach Haven West was absolutely wonderful and had everything you could hope for in a perfect summer getaway. The pool was spotless, beautifully heated, and provided endless hours of relaxation and fun. Having a kayak and paddleboard available made it even more special—we loved being able to head right out onto the channel and enjoy the water whenever we wanted.The location was also incredibly convenient. Ship Bottom and the beach were just a short 20-minute drive away, and with Route 72 only minutes from the house, getting to shops, restaurants, and anything else we needed was quick and easy.We truly loved our stay at this beautiful Beach Haven West home and would gladly return again.

Hi! I’m Claudia. I recently relocated to North Jersey for work, but I couldn’t bring myself to let go of my childhood dream of owning a home on the water. Instead, I decided to open it up for other families, couples, and friends to enjoy and create memories of their own.

What I love most about this home is the balance of peaceful waterfront relaxation while still being close to the beaches, restaurants, and attractions of Long Beach Island. Whether it’s lounging by the pool, kayaking from the dock, grilling outside, or spending quality time together, I hope guests feel the same sense of escape and comfort that made me fall in love with this place.

I genuinely care about creating a great guest experience and am always working to make each stay even better than the last.
