Nice resort at top of mountain. Amenities such as playground, mini golf, corn hole, and pools were great for the kids. Short 10-minute drive down to main area of south lake tahoe. Will stay again!

We had wedding venues in South Lake and in Gardnerville. This location was conveniently right between the two. The rooms were nice and the children especially enjoyed the facility’s gym/rec center, and pools. I would definitely come and check it out in the winter and use the Stagecoach lift to Heavenly!

Overall a great place, but it wasn’t clear to me, this was really just a regular hotel, and the hotel check-in process took a very long time, as such.

We had a very nice stay at the Ridge. We had the 2 bd 2 bath room with a kitchen and pull out sectional bed. It was a great size for us plus 2 teens. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Room was clean and well stocked with necessities. We would definitely stay again

The layout of the 2 bed/2 bath unit was great for two couples. Plenty of space with a living room in between the bedrooms for privacy. There’s no A/C but there were plenty of fans and we were able to open the windows so we were comfortable. This property is located at the top of a mountain and, outside of the clubhouse, it’s a 15-20 drive to find restaurants and coffee shops. Being in Heavenly was a good location - but nothing is within walking distance from this property.

Great home base for NV-side skiing at Heavenly. Very large rooms in our suite, which was well appointed and quiet. Enjoyed our stay.

We came up to Heavenly with another couple for a two-night stay. We found the room generously sized, private, and comfortable. The amenities are thoughtful, and I can see why people would want to stay here for an extended time. There are lots of things to do onsite, and the heated pool closest to the entrance (yes, there is more than one pool) is lovely on a sunny day. Overall, I was very pleased with our stay. The electric car chargers were an unexpected bonus. My only criticism would be that the photos make the rooms and property look more modern than it is. If you're looking for a spacious, comfortable resort with amazing views and you don't mind being a 15-drive from the South Lake action, this is a great spot.

Great location with amazing views and loads of property amenities! The rooms were clean and spacious. I would caution you on the check in process, as the IHG team will try to sell you on their vacation club membership deals. Not what I was expecting, nor what I was interested in at all. Also, the key fobs they issued us did not work so after driving to our assigned building/ rooms we had to drive back to check in to get new keys issued. The team was very prompt and apologetic in issuing new keys, just another irritation at check in.

Wasn’t bad but probably wouldn’t come back. Room didn’t have AC which we noticed after arrival as it was not in the listing. The hallway smelled like trash two of the three days from lack of cleaning crew emptying the trash by the elevators. Wasn’t expecting a timeshare pitch at check in and had no desire to listen to it.

Large condo, easy shuttle to slopes. Outdoor hottub was boarded over, but indoor hottub and sauna working well. Friendly staff. Great for price!

Listing Accuracy is important and this listing is not accurate. Hotel is a Holiday Inn ski resort - which is fine, but not indicated anywhere in the listing. The room pictured is not the room you receive. We did not have a patio, and our view was the back of a building. We did not want a giant resort hotel experience on this stay. Accurate listing would help. The hotel and room was good, staff very responsive to a minor issue with the room. Overall, very disappointed with the listing.
