This spacious 3BR, 2bath condo features natural wood finishes, abundant light, a flower-lined balcony, and elegant comfort throughout. Enjoy mornings with birdsong breakfasts, afternoons by the private pool and cenote, beach days and bicycle rides. Perfect for couples, families, friends and dogs. Beddings are in natural fibers, with recent bamboo mattresses.

A gorgeous condo, beautifully decorated and set up. Lovely surroundings and great staff. Monica was extremely helpful and communicative, very generous and thoughtful. There were 2 of us, plus our dog, and the place was very roomy. Thoughtful amenities and excellent location. Highly recommend!

I am very happy with my stay at the home we had in Playacar. It was exactly what we needed. Monica and her management team were pleasant to work with. Check-in was easy. The home was beautiful, large, well lit and well appointed. The main bedroom was large and the bed was comfortable. The home was located on a property with a lovely pool and a beautiful cenote. The waters of the cenote were blue-green, and it looked like a fairytale. The beach was a 5-minute walk from the home through a small forest surrounding ancient Mayan ruins. It was possible to walk along the beach past the hotel strip of Playacar beach for several kilometres. The ocean is warm and the waters were a gorgeous blue in the afternoon. The sunrise on the beach each morning was amazing. Playacar is a small, gated community on the outskirts of Playa del Carmen. It felt very safe. There are nearby restaurants and shops and cafes. Overall, I loved this short vacation, and I would so happy to come back to Monica’s home many times in the future!

Perfection! Un accueil exceptionnel rempli de petites attentions pour les grands et les petits. Le couple qui nous a accueillis sur place, était tellement sympathique et serviable. De plus, la propriétaire Monica avec qui nous étions en contact a été d’une gentillesse incomparable. L’appartement est décoré et équipé avec goût avec des produits de qualité. La cuisine est super bien équipée. Le petit complexe de condo est absolument charmant. La piscine est située dans un cadre exceptionnel avec les jardins et même un cenote. Nous avons vu sur le terraindes oiseaux, des singes, des iguanes à et des rongeurs vraiment charmant. Les salles de bain sont belles, fonctionnelles et grandes. Les armoires étaient garnies d’huiles, de condiments, d’épices et d’autres ingrédient de base. On avait l’impression d’être dans la maison d’un ami. De plus, on était vraiment en sécurité. Pour nous la vedette de l’appartement fut la magnifique galerie, fleurie où nous avons passé nos soirées.Il y a plusieurs accès à la plage à environ 8 minutes de marche du condo en passant par un petit sentier boisé tout à fait charmant.Merci beaucoup aux deux Monica ainsi qu’à Ricardo pour leur accueil, le cadeaux et leurs services.
