Adorable cottage right on the intercostal. The pictures, while absolutely accurate, do not do justice to all of the little details in this property! It is so much better. Clean, comfortable, and perfect inside. Don’t miss the book of them renovating The Shanty. House is located behind the OIB fire station, convenient to the island or anywhere along the coast. Noise was minimal while we stayed. This seemed to be the only rental in the immediate area.

Renting this property was not a disappointment. We had company for the week and our house could not accommodate everyone, so this little cottage with two bedrooms was just what we needed. It is a great setting. It has a nice yard on the Intracoastal Waterway. We could watch the fireworks from the deck on the water. The kitchen was stocked well with very nice dishes and about every small gadget you could need. The furniture was nice quality. Our check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this little gem again.
