This 2 bedroom 2 bath spacious condo is located in the heart of PCB, this resort offers unbeatable convenience-close to the area's best shopping, dining, and attractions, yet tucked away for total relaxation.

Inside your beach retreat, you'll find a bright and breezy space with coastal décor and breathtaking Gulf views. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need for home-cooked meals-though you may be tempted to dine out at one of the many nearby Panama City Beach restaurants!

The Primary Bedroom features a king bed, flatscreen smart TV, walk-in shower, separate deep tub, dual granite vanities, great closet space and private access to the balcony. The Guest Bedroom offers a queen bed, flatscreen TV, great windows bringing in the Florida sunshine, and private access to the Guest Bath. There is a nook area where you will find bunk beds with a twin on top/full on bottom (limit of 100 pounds) plus a cozy living room with a queen sofa bed,- guest have plenty of space to relax.

The laundry center is located just off the hall access across from the Guest Bath. Your Guest Bath features a tub shower combination for ultimate convenience.

This unit is dog friendly. This unit allows 2 dogs under 25 pounds. The resort only allows dogs under 25 pounds. A $150.00 nonrefundable pet fee will be requested after booking. No cats or puppies absolutely no exceptions. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or any of our beds. All dogs must be picked up after. If the dogs are left inside of the unit alone theys must be crated. Grand Panama is the ONLY pet friendly modern condo on the gulf.

Grand Panama Resort charges a $55 resort fee that is collected directly by them. This includes parking (for one vehicle), free internet, wristbands, and security at the resort. They also charge a pet fee of $50 per pet for the first 7 days and $5/day for every day thereafter, which is in addition to our $150.00 condo pet fee.

If an emergency or maintenance issue were to arise our team will need to be able to access the unit safely.

Age Alert: You must be at least 25 to rent this beachside beauty. No Exceptions.* After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the person driver's license who booked will be requested. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your dates. Spring Break crew, take note of the age ratios.
*We also welcome Snowbirds! Low Monthly Winter Rates* Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the lst day of the month) and the departure date (must be the Ist day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved.
