Yan's communication was excellent. The location is perfect, and close to downtown Hilo. We would have preferred to have a regular coffee maker. Has nice new furniture and new large flat screen TV. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment is in a nice central location in Hilo. Lots of things to do and eat within walking distance. Just about everything was provided along with a reserved parking spot. We were finally just able to walk around Kamehameha Ave and Kilauea Ave and the side streets. If you need coffee there is a coffee place in the lobby but I did prefer to go to other coffee places in town. Many supermarkets and a farmers market close by. Hilo is a cool little town and this was a cool little place to stay in to enjoy Hilo!
