The Space:

Village Green Haven is a beautiful fully renovated condo in a prime location, perfectly situated between Stowe Mountain Resort and the village. Guests can walk to nearby restaurants, shops, entertainment, and the Alchemist Brewery. Surrounded by scenic mountain landscapes, the condo is also just 0.2 miles from the Mountain Road Shuttle and the bike/recreational path, making it easy to explore the area.



The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space is bright, welcoming, and designed for comfort. The living room features a built-in electric fireplace clad in gray tile, comfortable seating positioned for relaxing fireside conversations. A laptop-friendly workspace is tucked neatly by the window, offering a spot to catch up on emails or remote work.



The dining area features a solid wood dining table surrounded by upholstered chairs and a wall-mounted TV for casual dining or entertaining. The kitchen flows seamlessly from the dining area and offers warm wood cabinetry, open shelving with glassware, and stainless-steel appliances offering everything needed for a meal or get together after a day in the great outdoors.



Both bedrooms are located upstairs and include flat screen TVs. The primary bedroom features a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers an L shaped bunk bed with a double bed on top and a queen bed on the bottom. There is a second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo in the hallway along with a cozy reading nook that offers a couch which converts into a double futon sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating a child/teenager.



Guests can enjoy access to a variety of shared amenities, including an outdoor pool (summer only), indoor pool, tennis courts, sauna, hot tub, and game room with pool table, ping pong table and classic arcade games. There is also an EV charger next to the main recreational building.

Getting Around:

Village Green Haven is just 3.5 hours from Boston and 50 minutes from Burlington. A car is essential for getting there and exploring the area. The main access routes are the I-89 S, I-93 S and NH-9 E. We strongly recommend a 4x4 or a car with four-wheel drive, especially in winter, to handle snow and gravel roads.



Other Things to Note:

Please remove shoes and leave them in the breezeway before entering the unit.
